So, to make a picture from rhinestones with your own hands we will need:
- frame with glass measuring 21 x 30 centimeters
- stencil (base - printout of the picture)
- rhinestones
- liquid for degreasing
- instant glue
- pencil for rhinestones
- several toothpicks
- stationery clips (or clothespins)
- black cardboard for the background (you can use any color you like)
The basis is a printout for this picture made of rhinestones. I took the first picture I came across from the Internet, which is dedicated to Valentine’s Day and for March 8th it will also be suitable, I slightly enlarged the picture for the size of my rhinestones; they are 5 mm wide. First, we need to disassemble the frame, remove the glass from it, degrease the surface of the glass, this can be nail polish remover or alcohol. Then you need to place our stencil under the glass and secure the glass and stencil with clamps (so that the picture faces the glass).
You can also use clothespins instead of clips. After fixing the stencil and glass, you can already glue the rhinestones.
We apply a little glue to a piece of cardboard and so that it does not dry out, you need to work quickly - apply glue in small dots along the stencil so that the glue does not extend beyond the contour of the rhinestones.

Thus, making a picture from rhinestones occurs quite quickly; in an hour it is quite possible to assemble one beautiful picture.
Let me show you again the process of making a picture from rhinestones a little closer: here I squeeze out the glue a little, just a little, and apply it to a toothpick.

3. The next stage is preparing the glue, for this we take a syringe, break off the needle right to the base, fill it with PVA glue - the “device” is ready for action.

Let’s proceed directly to gluing the rhinestones, since each rhinestone can be seen quite clearly in the picture, it won’t be difficult for you to choose the right size and “attach” it to the right place. So, take a syringe with glue, drop a small drop onto the glass, and use tweezers, which is very convenient, we place the rhinestone in the right place, press it, but not all the way, we absolutely don’t want the glue to come out from under the rhinestone, otherwise the whole work will look very untidy. This is how we lay out the whole picture. Enough work painstaking and requiring a steady hand, but the result is worth the effort.
I posted the picture itself in two evenings, this is the result of 3 hours of work.
Once the picture is completely laid out, remove the template from the glass and insert finished work in a frame, a black background can serve anything, I I personally used a piece of black gabardine, cut to fit the frame; alternatively, you can simply insert a sheet of colored paper or cardboard.
For some reason I didn’t like my “tiger” in the wood-colored frame, so it was decided to repaint the frame acrylic paint in black, 5 minutes of work and it’s black and the picture looks completely different....
P.S. I counted....570 rhinestones of different sizes were used for the picture, worth about 600 rubles.
