In May, she gave birth to her second child, daughter Sofia. She celebrated her 30th birthday in June. We invited Laysan to meet for a photo shoot and interview on the city beach "Port" at VDNKh. And unexpectedly she agreed. The young mother put on a swimsuit and boldly entered the frame.
After my first birth, I gained 25 kilograms. I remember my horror when I stepped on the scales recent months pregnancy. But during my second pregnancy I hardly gained any weight. The reason is simple. I found out that I would become a mother again when the first season of the show “Dancing” was casting, and I worked until the fourth month. So, the dancers helped me a lot, giving me advice on how not to gain weight. I controlled my diet, monitored and now closely monitor my sugar and glycemic index, and moved a lot. Now I know from experience what exercises need to be done while carrying a child. “I want to accumulate all my experience and publish a book,” says Laysan.
