  3. I heat up the waffle iron, coat the surface with sl. butter, put the dough and spread it over the surface. It should be no more than 30 mm thick.
  4. I bake for 10 minutes until the waffles get a golden brown color. I take it out of the waffle iron. Place on a plate and let cool. I pour boiled condensed milk over it and sprinkle with berries. For example, I like the combination of raspberries, currants and strawberries. The recipe allows you to experiment!
  • Before pouring the dough into the waffle iron, you should warm up its surface.
  • You shouldn’t put too much dough, otherwise it will slide and burn.
  • Waffles should only be rolled while hot; when they cool down, they will crumble.
  • To make dessert with condensed milk in a waffle iron have a pleasant aroma, add vanilla essence to the batch, you can supplement it with citrus juice.
