Three candidates reached the finals of the competition: Igor Tregubenko and Ella Sukhanova, Andrey Chuev and Marina Afrikantova, Gleb and Olga Zhemchugov, who are raising their son Kostya. The winner was the couple who had quarreled before the competition: for the sake of victory they found mutual language, strengthened their relationship, proved to viewers and rivals that their love is real, and received a certificate for a million rubles (the amount could only be spent on paying for the wedding, banquet and outfits). The celebration took place in a restaurant on the banks of the Moscow River, and then the newlyweds flew to the Seychelles, where they again took an oath to each other - this time to the sound of the surf.
Million for winning “Dom-2. Island of love"

In the final, Marina Afrikantova and Alexander Zadoynov competed with her for the main prize. The audience still preferred the girl with difficult fate: during the time spent on the project, Aliana managed to get married, give birth to a son, Robert, and plan a divorce. The Gobozovs really separated... but a year later they got married. Although this is completely different.
2015
The man of the year in 2015 and the happy owner of the second apartment in the competition was Andrey Chuev, the chosen one of Marina Afrikantova. The conditions of the struggle were tougher compared to last year. The boys also took part in creative competitions, prepared presentations and performed, but could no longer attract attention with antics on the love front - the organizers simply forbade the contestants to marry. Andrey Chuev received the maximum number of votes - many messages were sent for the man with a total value of 2.8 million rubles. The winner made an unexpected statement, promising to sell the apartment he won and build a house for the six semi-finalists.
This idea gave rise to new wave scandals. Chuev managed to quarrel with his colleagues on the show, crossing many off the list of applicants for housing. There were rumors around his person every now and then that Andrei was saving on materials, building buildings unsuitable for living, more like a barn. And the man violated all the deadlines: he promised that he would present the result by October 1, 2016, but the construction has not yet been completed. This year, passions flared up in earnest, because the three strongest participants of “House-2” reached the finals: Sergei Pynzar, Sergei Sichkar and Andrei Cherkasov. The 2015 Person of the Year competition was truly exciting. Victoria Romanets, Evgeny Kuzin and Andrey Chuev fought for the title. There was a prize at stake - a fully furnished apartment in Moscow. To become a winner, Chuev used an old but effective technique - he pressed on pity. In his final speech, he spoke about his late mother, and with tears in his eyes he promised that he would sell the apartment he received and build a residential complex for all the finalists completely free of charge!
According to the voting results, Chuev took 1st place and got an apartment. However, he did not start building houses for the participants of “House-2” for a long time. As a result, the residential complex was built, and one of the houses went to Olga Vasilievna for free (hardly). And from the rest, Chuev demanded 2.5 million rubles. This is charity!
They also wanted to challenge the results of the 2015 competition. Many wanted Kuzin to win, and knew that the majority would vote for him. But Chuev cheated: the votes for him were large quantities sent by his rich friends from Stary Oskal. The investigation into this case was hushed up.
Reality fans called the "CHG-2016" competition the most uninteresting in the entire history of the project: weak vocal performances, lack of bright participants, boring competitions in the style of “eat a cockroach”... Olga Veter became the winner. The audience apparently decided that the apartment should go to a young mother with a child, rather than to the phlegmatic Afrikantova or Cherkasov, who was too late on the project.
Last year they decided to rename the competition “Love of the Year”. According to the rules, only couples could participate in the new competition. The winners were Nikita Kuznetsov and Darina Markina. They got an apartment. However, outside the perimeter, the couple separated, and common housing was not needed.
