Collage of fairy tales for preschoolers. Let's create a fabulous collage in Photoshop. Will I be able to continue watching the course if I don't complete my homework?

Yes, sure. In addition to access to the online platform, in the letter that will arrive after paying for your order, you will have links to download the course for offline viewing.

Will I be able to continue watching the course if I don't complete my homework?

Yes, you can. Homework does not block the lessons of the following sections. But remember that the certificate is successful completion You will receive the course only after successfully completing all homework.

How is this course different from Elena’s course “Magic Collages” from 2016?

Since 2016, a lot has changed in the field of online education.

The main trend is the work of the student with the teacher throughout the course. After each section the student receives " homework”, which helps him consolidate his knowledge in practice. When ready, the student sends the work for checking to the teacher, who either counts it or gives recommendations on mistakes made.

Thus, by the end of the course, a person fully masters the topic and receives a certificate of completion of the course with the seal of the organization.

According to our colleagues who have already implemented this approach, it allows students to increase their performance by 7 times! If previously out of 100 clients, 10-15% watched the course to the end, then with the new approach this figure increased to 70-75%!

That is why in 2017 we invested a lot of money in the development of a special online platform in order to offer you two training formats from 2018 - traditional (without feedback from the author) and a new one, where you will receive homework, communication with the author and a certificate upon completion course.

So, in addition to the fact that the new course contains lessons on 12 new collages, you will also find a new training format (if you choose it when ordering) with homework, feedback from Elena and a certificate at the end of the course.

If I'm not satisfied with something, how can I get my money back?

If you want your money back, just write to us by e-mail: [email protected] within 30 days from the date of purchase. By purchasing our course, you do not risk anything. If it doesn't work, we'll refund your money.

Is it possible to watch this video course on OS X (Mac OS)?

Yes. This video course can be watched on both Windows and OS X (Mac OS).

Collage as a method of mnemonics in the development of speech in older preschoolers. Children write. Fairy tales. Author of the collage and fairy tale Rogov Sasha 7 years old. 2010

Collage is one of the mnemonic methods for presenting information.

Collage - means "All sorts of things" (French)

The collaging method is interesting for older preschoolers. Older children preschool age have certain skills in productive activities: they draw, they know how to make appliqués from various materials. The collaging method is suitable for use in children's writing. The child comes up with a fairy tale or story himself and makes a collage instead of illustrations. This allows you to concentrate the entire plot on one sheet.

I offer you samples children's creativity. Children preparatory group from 6.5 to 7 years.

Cheerful painter.

In a certain kingdom, in a certain state, there lived forest animals.

Among them lived a cheerful hare-painter.

He had a rare talent.

The hare made the paints himself, mixing green leaves, red and yellow berries, mushrooms

with water from a spring.

With these paints the hare walked through the forest and painted huts for the animals and painted pictures.

And everything his brushes touched became bright, light, and elegant.

All the animals loved the cheerful hare and his gift.

But he lived in this forest evil wizard- He didn’t like bright colors.

He only liked one color, black.

And one day when the hare was sleeping, the evil Wizard and his servants stole his paints and brushes.

As time passed, the forest began to lose its light, bright colors. The animals began to think about how they could return his magic brushes to the hare. And then they called the forest fairy for help. The fairy herself did not like the boring gray forest.

She decided to help the animals and returned his brushes to the hare, and the evil Wizard was forever expelled from the forest, which again became elegant and festive.

True friends.

Once upon a time there lived a Carrot, a Beet and a Potato. They lived together: Carrots gave juice, Beetroot made vinaigrette, Potatoes made soup. But then one day trouble happened. Carrot disappeared. Beetroot and Potato grieved, grieved, and went in search of their girlfriend. They walked across the field and met the Field Mouse. The field mouse gave them a ball, not an easy one, but a magical one. A ball rolled, and Potato and Beetroot ran after it. Suddenly Sparrow is in front of them, crying, he is hungry. Potatoes and Beetroot fed him soup and vinaigrette. Sparrow thanked them and said: “If you need my help, throw my feather, and I will appear right away,” and Sparrow flew away, and Potato and Beetroot ran further after the ball. The ball led them to the kingdom of the evil spider. There sat Carrot in the dungeon, and the spider's servants guarded her on all sides. How to free Carrot? Then Potato and Beet remembered about Sparrow's feather, threw the feather and Sparrow flew to them. Potatoes and Beetroot told about their misfortune. The sparrow flew to the spider and pecked it. Immediately everything sparkled and the kingdom of the spider collapsed. And Beetroot and Potato took their Carrot and set off on their way back. And they lived together cheerfully and amicably.

In this tutorial I will show you how to create a fairytale collage. First we will create a background using a photo of grass and forest. Then we will add a large tree, an arch, several small trees and steps. After that, we will draw the child, the grass and perform color correction. Finally we'll work with the lighting and add some lighting effects.

1. Create a background

Step 1

Create a document measuring 1800 x 1357 pixels with the following settings:

Step 2

Open the picture with grass. We use RectangularMarqueeTool(M) (Rectangular Marquee) to select the part of the photo with grass, then use the tool MoveTool(V) (Move) drag the selected area onto the working document. Place the grass at the bottom of the canvas:

Step 3

Let's move on Filter- Blur-GaussianBlur(Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur) and set Radius(Radius) by 30px:

Activate the filter mask, take a soft round brush of black color and remove the blur effect in the foreground so that the far part of the image is out of focus:

Step 4

Let's move on Layer-NewAdjustmentLayer- Hue/Saturation(Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Saturation), use the key combination to transform the layer into a clipping mask (Ctrl+Alt+G). Select from the drop-down menu Master(Master), Yellows(Yellow) and Reds(Red) and configure them one by one:

Step 5

Create an adjustment layer Curves(Curves) and reduce the brightness. Using a soft black brush, edit the adjustment layer mask to lighten the grass in the foreground:

Step 6

Move the picture with the forest to the working document and place it at the top of the canvas:

Add a mask to the forest layer and try to achieve a smooth transition between grass and forest:

Step 7

Applying a filter GaussianBlur(Gaussian Blur) with a radius of 12 pixels. Using a soft black brush, edit the adjustment layer mask and remove the blur where the forest transitions into grass. This is what the result looks like before and after processing the mask:

Step 8

In this step we will draw the shadows of the trees. Our goal is to create a light source in the center of the forest, so there should be contrasting shadows falling from the trees. Create a new layer and use PolygonalLassoTool(L) (Rectangular lasso) select the large tree on the right (don't try too hard) and fill the selection with black (Shift+F5).

Reflecting the shadow vertically Edit- Transform- FlipVertical(Editing - Transform - Flip Vertical) and move it under the tree. Then activate Free Transform (Ctrl+T) and transform the shadows:

Apply a filter to the shadow GaussianBlur(Gaussian Blur) with a radius of 15 pixels:

Step 9

Using the same method, we create shadows for other trees:

Step 10

Create an adjustment layer above the previous layers Curves(Curves) and increase the brightness. Using a soft black brush, edit the mask so that only the central part of the forest is illuminated.

Step 11

Create a new layer and change its blending mode to SoftLight(Soft light). Using a soft white brush, add more light in the center of the forest.

2. Add a tree

Step 1

We cut out the tree and insert it in the center of the working canvas. Activate Free Transform (Ctrl+T) and make it a little smaller.

Add a layer mask and remove hard edges so that the tree blends smoothly into the grass:

Step 2

Applying a filter GaussianBlur(Gaussian Blur) with a radius of 4 pixels and edit its mask so that the blur effect is only along the contour of the tree and, thus, the tree blends harmoniously with the blurred background:

Step 3

Create a new layer and change its blending mode to Overlay(Overlap) with Opacity(Opacity) 100% and fill with 50% gray:

Activate Dodge(brightener) and BurnTool(O) (Dimmer) with range Midtones(Mid tones) and Exposure(Exposure) - 10-15%. We lighten the outlines of the tree and darken the central part so that the tree matches the background lighting. Below you can see the gray layer in normal blending mode (left) and Overlay(Overlap) (right):

Step 4

Create an adjustment layer Hue/Saturation(Hue/Saturation) and set Saturation(Saturation) at -62:

Step 5

Create an adjustment layer ColorBalance Midtones(Mid tones):

Step 6

Curves(Curves) darken the tree. Along the contour of the tree, we remove the darkening effect, since these places should be well lit:

Step 7

Create a new layer and use a soft white brush with a low setting. Opacity(opacity) (about 15-20%) draw along the outline of the tree to add a hazy light effect:

3. Add an arch and forest

Step 1

Open the photo with the arch. Delete inner part and paste it at the bottom of the tree:

Add a layer mask and edit it so that the arch smoothly transitions into the tree.

Step 2

Create an adjustment layer ColorBalance(Color balance) and adjust Midtones(Mid tones):

Step 3

Create an adjustment layer Curves(Curves) and adjust the color of the arch so that it looks harmonious on the tree. At the same time, we lighten the inner edges of the arch a little by editing the adjustment layer mask. We remove the bottom part as shown below because this is where we will add another light source:

Step 4

Duplicate the photo of the forest that we used for the background and make it smaller. Place the copy below the arch layer and above the tree layer.

Using a mask, we remove the part of the forest that extends beyond the boundaries of the arch.

Step 5

Create an adjustment layer Curves(Curves) to enhance the lighting inside the arch and create a hazy light effect:

4. Add steps

Step 1

We place the steps in the foreground of the working document. We use free transformation (Ctrl+T) in the mode Warp(Warp) to slightly change the shape of the steps.

Step 2

Use a layer mask to remove the edges of the steps:

Step 3

Duplicate the steps twice and reduce the size of the copies. We place them inside the arch and in the middle of the forest. Remember, the further away an object is, the smaller it is.

Step 4

Select all layers with steps and press Ctrl+G to group them. Change the group blending mode to Normal(Normal). Create a new layer and use CloneTool(S) (Stamp) remove unnecessary objects on the steps.

Step 5

Using an adjustment layer ColorBalance(Color balance) adjust the color of the steps so that they match the overall mood of the composition:

Step 6

Create an adjustment layer Curves(Curves) to darken the steps a bit as they look too bright compared to the grass. At the top of the steps (the area inside the arch and forest) remove the effect of the adjustment layer, since this place should be illuminated.

Step 7

Add another adjustment layer Curves(Curves) to enhance the hazy light effect at the top of the steps. Edit the mask to remove the excess in the foreground of the steps.

5. Add a child

Step 1

We cut out the child and place it on the step where we removed the plant in the previous section.

Step 2

Below the child, create a new layer and use a black brush with medium hardness and low Opacity(opacity) (20%) draw a shadow. Since the child is too far from both light sources, the shadow should be quite light and soft.

Step 3

Add an adjustment layer Hue/Saturation(Hue/Saturation) and reduce Saturation(Saturation) to -38.

Step 4

Using an adjustment layer Curves(Curves) darken the child. In the areas that are directed towards the light sources, we remove the effect of the adjustment layer, and leave the rest darkened.

6. Add grass

Step 1

Open the picture with grass. Since it already has a transparent background, we simply drag it onto the working document and place it in the lower corners of the document:

Step 2

Apply a filter to each grass layer GaussianBlur(Gaussian Blur) with Radius(radius) 8 pixels.

Step 3

Combine the layers with the grass in the foreground into a separate group and apply an adjustment layer to them Hue/Saturation(Hue/Saturation) to change their color:

Step 4

Curves(Curves) to slightly darken the grass. In the areas highlighted in the screenshot below, we remove the effect of the adjustment layer.

7. Apply basic correction

Step 1

Create a color fill. At the bottom of the layers panel, click the button Createnewfilloradjustmentlayer(Create a new fill or adjustment layer) and select SolidColor(Color). For the fill we use color #160101. Change the blending mode of this layer to Exclusion(Exception).Curves and increase the light in the center. In the rest of the document, remove the effect of the adjustment layer:

Step 6

Continue adjusting the color and applying an adjustment layer Hue/Saturation(Hue/Saturation):

Step 7

Create an adjustment layer PhotoFilter(Photo filter) and select color #01ec96:

Step 8

Create an adjustment layer Vibrance(Vibration) to enhance the effects. On the tree and steps, remove the effect of the adjustment layer to reduce the blue tint.

8. Add lighting

Step 1

Open a set of textures with lighting effects. Select the “starry 4” image and drag it onto the working document. Change the layer blending mode to Screen(Lightening):

Use a layer mask and remove the lighting effect on the tree to make it softer.

Step 2

Create an adjustment layer Hue/Saturation(Hue/Saturation) to change the tint color from red to pink:

Step 3

Next we will change the color of the forest inside the arch to create the effect parallel world. Activate LassoTool(L) (Lasso), install Feather(Feather) to 30 and select the forest. Let's move on Layer-NewAdjustmentLayer- ChannelMixer(Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Channel Mixer):

Step 4

Create a new layer and use a medium-hard brush (color #ffadc4) to paint the pink light that comes from the forest and reflects on the inside of the arch and the steps inside the arch.

Step 5

Using an adjustment layer Curves(Curves) to adjust the light and contrast of the entire composition, darkening the edges, but removing the effect in the central part of the canvas.

I hope you learned something useful and will use it in your future projects.

Art activities in kindergarten one of our favorites, children take great pleasure in drawing, sculpting, designing, and doing appliqué. Each type of activity is very important for the comprehensive development of the child, and has its own possibilities for the child to reflect his impressions of the world around him. Teachers try to diversify children's creativity, apply new techniques, methods, technology.

One of interesting techniques, firmly established in kindergarten - this is collage.

Collage– technical admission to fine arts, which consists in creating paintings or graphic works by gluing onto any base objects or materials that differ from the base in color and texture. The literal translation from French is gluing, applique, from English is a combination of dissimilar elements. Collage can be completed with any other means - ink, watercolor, etc.

A little history.

Despite use until the 20th century artistic methods, similar to collage, art collage appeared only after 1900, along with the first phase of modernism.

Forefather collage is the French cubist artist Georges Braque. In 1913 he was the first to use original technique- gluing strips of colored paper onto cardboard, and to make it more impressive, the artist mixed sand into the paint. Later the great Pablo Picasso joined the artist. Pieces of newspapers, scraps of wallpaper, pieces of fabric and much more were used. Occupies a prominent place collage in the works of Henri Matisse. He came up with a variety collage - decoupage. According to art historians, the first person to translate collage creation technique V art form and introduced it to the public in 1924 was John Heartfield, who used collage as a satire against Hitler and Nazism. In Russian art, the first who turned to collage technique, was Aristarkh Lentulov. He combined in his canvases fragments of painting with pasted pieces of foil and colored paper.

There are 4 main styles collage:

1. Landscape

2. Vegetative

4. Formo-linear

What can be depicted in collage? Literally anything you want. Maybe that's why collage so popular in kindergarten. This type is very popular creativity and in our group. I already wrote that I love working with kids in this technology, my children are still small and cannot do such work independently, so our creativity is collaborative. I want to show collage which we made with the kids after reading fairy tales« Teremok» . This tale is very interesting, loved by small children, I really wanted it to the collage turned out interesting, bright and memorable. For the picture I printed mansion and fairy tale characters, cut out all the pictures, and the kids glued everything onto whatman paper green (under my control). What's good collage in it you can use, as I already wrote, any materials and complete the drawing by any means, which is what we did - the tree trunks were painted with brown gouache, the crown was made of corrugated paper, by creasing and from colored paper, by folding paper "accordion", the flowers were partly pasted on, partly drawn.

Collage we hung it in a group, at the children’s eye level, the kids look at it with pleasure and remember all the characters fairy tales and what is this fairy tale called.

Hello dear users of the site site

In this lesson we will make a magical collage with a forest fairy. As a result, we should get something like this:

Lesson materials:

Step 1. Open the images that we will use. The author used the following images: Background, Tree Branch and Photo of the Model.

Step 2. Let's create a suitable background. We will use imagination and open imagery. First, go to the background layers and click Ctrl +J to copy it. Now let's go to Edit - Transform - Flip Horizontal(Edit - Transform - Flip Horizontal), and with this layer we slightly overlap the background one.

Step 3. Now we press Ctrl +E to merge the layers. The image looks a little unnatural, like a reflection in a mirror, but after processing with a brush and stamp it will take on a natural look.

Choosing a tool Stamp(S) (Clone Stamp Tool) and start cloning trees and grass until the result looks natural. Tool Brush(B) (Brush Tool) with black color draw roots for the trees (get rid of symmetry).

Step 4. Now let's add some clouds. Let's do this with a brush; the color should be yellow. Yellow and orange clouds look good in images like ours. Brushes can be downloaded.

Step 5. Now let's add some birds. To do this we use brushes again, here is a link to some.

Step 6. At this step we will add a moon, you can even add two, this is a “magic” collage and the laws of physics do not apply here. Here are some free ones

Step 7 The last element we will add is the tree. Let's place it on the right side of the composition. We do this in order to get rid of symmetry.

Find the brush that best suits your background and use it. Here are some brushes.

Step 8 That's it, we're done with the background. Now we need to work on the model. Choosing a tool Feather(P) (Pen Tool) and select the girl. Create a new layer, which we call “Model”, and paste the selected girl there.

Step 9 All the fairies distinguishing feature- This long hair. Choosing a tool Lasso(L) (Lasso Tool) and select part of the hair. Having made a choice,
press Ctrl +J to copy them to a new layer.

Step 10 Now we lower the newly created layer below, to the place where the hair ends. Tools Finger(R) (Smudge Tool) and Free Transformation(Free Transform) let's make the main part of the hair similar to what we placed here. Let's leave everything as it is for now, we'll come back to the hair later.

Step 11 Now we need to adjust the lights and shadows. Let's create a new adjustment layer. Choose Curves(Curves). Use the author's options or just make the skin darker.

Fill the layer mask with black. Now let's go over it with a brush white By
dark areas of our model's skin. Make sure the brush hardness is set to 0%, you can also lower the opacity of the brush to achieve a smooth transition.

Step 12 We repeat step 11, only now we need to use different curve settings. This time we clean out the lighter parts.

Step 13 We're almost done with the girl. Now let's add some makeup to highlight the look. Create a new layer, select a soft brush and paint with black just above the eyes. Having finished, we reduce Opacity(Opacity) up to 60% - 70%.

Step 14 So far so good. We have finished preparing the model, now let's move it to the main document.

Step 15 Now let's add the wings. The wings that the author used are free brushes that you can find somewhere, here are some free wing brushes.
The author made the wings yellow, the same as the sky, and placed each of them on a separate layer so that they could be moved if necessary.

Step 16 Let's get back to the hair. Select the Finger Tool (R) (Smudge Tool), Mode (Mode) set Normal(Normal) rigidity: 100% , we use brush with soft edges and diameter 1px or 2px. Now we begin to move our finger along the edge of the hair.

Step 17 Now let's add a tree. First you need to clear the background from the branch. Select a branch using the tool Feather(P) (Pen Tool), and tool
Quick Selection(W) (Quick Selection Tool). It should be beautiful.

Now the tool Finger(R) (Smudge Tool) smudge the edges of the tree. Once finished, move the branch to the main document.

Step 18 Now we will draw a flower, which we will place in the hair. We create
new layer, select tool Brush(B) (Brush Tool). Start drawing as shown in the image. Use colors #989 ba2 and #a58532.

Let's adjust the light and shadow as we did with the girl's skin. You don't have to try too hard, because the flower won't be very visible.

Step 19 Move the flower onto the hair. And in some places we place the hair on top of the flower.

Step 20. Now the tool Finger(R) (Smudge Tool) create some grass on our model's dress.

Step 21 Now we need to change the atmosphere of the image a little. We create New Adjustment Layer(New Adjustment Layers), select Gradient map(Gradient Map) and make the settings as in the picture below.

Step 22 Install Opacity(Opacity) 60% . Go to the layer mask, select a brush with soft edges, Opacity(Opacity) for the brush set 40% , paint over all the grass with black. The end result should be something like this:

Step 23 Let's create another one Adjustment Layer Photo filter(Photo Filter). Color # ec8a00 And 25% for Density(Density), check the box next to the inscription “ Keep the glow"(Preserve Luminosity) should be standing. The difference is not noticeable, but it is there.

Step 24 Now create a new adjustment layer and select Curves(Curves), Make the settings the same as in the picture. Select a soft-edged brush and paint on the layer mask as shown in the picture.

Step 25. C let's create another one Adjustment Layer(New Adjustment Layer) and select again Curves(Curves), make the settings as shown below. Now select the same brush and paint on the mask with black.

Step 26 Apply the Photo Filter we used in step 23.

Step 27 Create another adjustment layer, select Gradient map
(Gradient map). Set the settings as in the figure below, Opacity
(Opacity) of the layer is reduced to 30% .

Step 28 Now we press Ctrl +A to select the entire image, go to Editing - Copy combined data(Edit > Copy Merged). After that, go to Editing - Paste (Edit > Paste). This will glue the entire work into one layer.

Step 29 Let's move on Filter - Rendering - Highlight(Filter > Render > Lens Flare). Place the highlight the same way the author did, it should look like the girl is looking at it. Create a layer mask and mask out all parts of the highlight except the middle one.

Step 30. Let's add a little fairytale effect. Create a new adjustment layer and select Channel mixing(Channel Mixer), select the Blue channel. We set the following settings: Red +7, Green -13, and Blue +94.

Step 31 Let's create another one Adjustment Layer(New Adjustment Layer) and select Hue/Saturation(Hue/Saturation), reduce Brightness(Lightness) to -22 and press OK. Now select a tool Radial Gradient(G) (Radial Gradient), and fill the center of the image.
