The recipe for this pasta casserole with meat was inspired by visiting several culinary sites. From all of them, I tried to take the best and in the end it turned out to be a very tasty dish, the preparation of which I want to share with you. Its main ingredients are minced meat and pasta. As a meat filling, you can use regular homemade (beef + pork) or minced beef. For pasta, the best options would be so-called half-bagels or shells.

Prepare minced meat. In my case it was 30% pork and 70% beef.

Grind the tomato in a blender, or pass through a meat grinder, so that you get a homogeneous tomato puree.

Finely chop onions.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for literally 3 minutes.

Add minced meat to the onion, cook, stirring for 5-7 minutes, until it changes color. Then add tomato puree, salt and herbs to taste, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Boil the pasta in salted water until tender.

Whisk in a bowl chicken eggs and add 100 ml of milk.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Personally, I prefer Parmesan for this dish, but you can use any you like.
