- chopped meat– 300 g;
- tomatoes – 2 pcs. moderately large in size;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp. l.;

1. In fact, this dish is prepared with two sauces - bolognese and bechamel. The first is used for filling, and the second is used to obtain a golden brown crust when baking pasta tubes. First, prepare the cannelloni filler. Peel the onion and finely chop it.

2. Fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.

3. Add minced meat. You can use “pure” (pork, beef, chicken) or combined. I had pork and beef. To prevent the filling from being too dry, use minced meat with a medium fat content. Stir and fry the minced meat with onions until cooked, stirring occasionally and breaking up any lumps of meat with a spatula.

4. Remove the skin from the tomatoes. To do this, boil water and put tomatoes in it, after making a cross-shaped cut on each of them, as shown in the photo. After 3-4 minutes, remove the tomatoes and peel them, allowing them to cool slightly so as not to burn yourself.

By the way, they also turn out very tasty, be sure to try them.

If your tomatoes have given enough juice and color, it is not necessary to add it. Stir and simmer for another couple of minutes.

8. As soon as the sauce boils, you can turn off the heat under it.

9. Prepare bechamel sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a frying pan or saucepan.

10. Add flour, stirring constantly, heat the mixture for 1-2 minutes.

11. Pour in a third of the milk in a thin stream. Stir the sauce constantly with a spatula to prevent lumps from forming.

12. Pour in the remaining milk and add salt and ground nutmeg, stir and cook until thick.

13. Stuff the pasta tubes with minced meat. Some cannelloni require pre-cooking, others do not, so be sure to check the packaging to see what the manufacturer says about this.

14. Hard cheese(I used Parmesan) grate on a coarse or medium grater. Stuffed pasta- Place the tubes in a baking dish, coating each layer with bechamel sauce and sprinkling with Parmesan cheese. Place them in an oven preheated to 200-210 degrees and bake for 25-35 minutes until cooked. The finished pasta will become soft, and the cheese will melt and turn into an appetizing crust.

Real Italian women rarely throw anything away. Whatever is left over from cooking goes into pizza or pasta sauce. Pasta or spaghetti is a signature Italian dish, which they call pasta. And you can season the pasta with any sauce you like. Or even minced meat.

First you need to prepare the minced meat for the pasta. Fine. If you have the opportunity to make minced meat yourself, it is much better than store-bought stuff. But if you are in a hurry, then make do with ready-made store-bought minced meat.

Pour olive oil into a large, heavy deep frying pan and cut the garlic into thin petals. There is no need to wait until the garlic starts to smell bad and turns completely brown. We only need the aroma of Italy - the light aroma of garlic fried in olive oil. Throw away the garlic that has lost its smell. And drop the onion, thinly cut into rings, into the same oil. The onion needs to be fried, stirring slightly. Then scald four fairly large tomatoes with boiling water. Quickly remove the peel and cut into cubes. All the juice released from the tomatoes is also poured into the frying pan.

Add four tablespoons of tomato paste to the tomatoes. Mix everything again and pour about half a glass of dry wine into the pan, it doesn’t matter whether it’s red or white. Then you need to add a mixture of herbs - oregano, basil, ground pepper and salt. After this, you need to reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. The sauce should boil down well - after an hour it will be about three times less.

The minced meat needs to be fried until cooked, pour salt into it. There is no need for spices, as the sauce is rich in them.

Now you need to stuff the pasta. You can stuff dry pasta or boil it until half cooked. Of course, dry pasta needs to be covered with sauce - sour cream, tomato - any sauce mixed with part of the water. They take much longer to prepare.

With half-boiled pasta, everything is simpler - they cook quite quickly.

Well, that's all - now all that remains is to fill the pasta with minced meat and place it in the oven under a layer of grated cheese and sauce. Let them stay in the oven for about half an hour at 180 degrees.

Remember - you can stuff pasta with shells or tubes at your own discretion - with anything!
