Guys, we have come to the artist’s studio. Look how beautiful it is here. You too can turn into artists. But only that one will succeed. Who is very observant, attentive and recognizes a friend by description.

  1. Game “Find out by description”

Task: recognize a friend by description.

The teacher, without naming the child's name, describes his appearance. Whoever guessed who we are talking about becomes an artist and sits in his place.

  1. Working with portraits.

The teacher reads a poem:

If you see that someone is looking at us from the picture,

Or a prince in an old cloak, or a steeplejack in a robe,

Pilot or ballerina,

Or Kolka, your neighbor,

The painting must be called... (Portrait)

  • Now I will show you a portrait of a young girl. Wrote it famous artist Levitsky. This is a portrait of his daughter. (The teacher shows a fragment of the filmstrip - the girl’s face, gives a description of the portrait).
  • I'll tell you about this girl's face. She has full face oval shape. The eyes are located at the top of the face. The eyes are large, round, Brown. Above the eyes, there are wide black eyebrows in the shape of an arc. Below eye-nose. The nose is straight, a little large. Lips are thin, Pink colour. The forehead is open, long black hair is combed back.
  • Guys, let's remember together the description of the girl compiled by me.

a) What did I talk about at the beginning? (Children's answers are about the face.)

b) Then? (About eyes, eyebrows.)

c) And at the end? (About the nose, about the lips, about the hair.)

  • The artist Levitsky looked at his daughter and painted her portrait. I described her face in words.
  • Look what I have. (Mirror.)

My light, mirror, tell me the whole truth.

Am I the cutest in the world,

All blush and whiter?

  • Who talked to their mirror like that? (Princess from "The Tale of dead princess and seven heroes.")
  • I, looking in the mirror, will tell you about my face. (Teacher's story.)
  • And now you will talk about your face. And for this you will need a mirror.

Story plan

  1. What is the shape of the face: round, oval, triangular, square.
  2. Eyes: size, shape, color.
  3. Nose: large, small, long, straight, snub.

  1. Conversation with children.
  • Guys, look at yourself in the mirror.
  • Lena, what color are your eyes?
  • And you, Andryusha, do you see yourself in the mirror? What kind of hair do you have?

The teacher reminds you of the story plan.

  • Look at this plan, it will help you make verbal portrait.
  • Who wants to talk about their face? (Stories from two children.)
  1. Analysis of children's stories.
  • Guys, you carefully examined yourself in the mirror and talked about your face. Did you like yourself?
  • I suggest you draw your self-portrait. (The teacher explains the meaning of the word.)
  • Look, I also drew my portrait.

Children draw their self-portraits. Level 1: draw without a diagram (on blank sheets of paper);

Level 2: draw according to the diagram (on sheets with ready-made face ovals), convey your image in the drawing.

Then there is an exhibition of self-portraits in the group.

Reflection:

What new did you learn today?

The works of which famous portrait painters do you remember?

The text of the self-description was sent by Marina herself.
In preparation psychological portrait Two of her letters to our site were also used. Marina did not make any special requests; she was interested in general recommendations. She gave her consent to the publication of the results of the portraiture. About herself, she reports that she is 19 years old, a 4th year student at a humanities institute, works, lives with her parents, sister and dog.

It’s quite difficult for me to write about myself, because... I'm overloaded with rather contradictory information about myself. I am inquisitive, but I don’t know how to insist, I’m quick-tempered, but quick-witted, I try to adhere to rules and norms, but if there is an opportunity to get around them, I take advantage. I react hard to criticism (I’ve been praised since childhood - so I’m used to it :-), but I’m not vindictive and if I see someone’s step towards getting closer, I’ll meet them halfway.

Cheerful but thoughtful. In general, my mood changes quickly (in both directions). My friends consider me an encyclopedia, but this is more because of my intelligence than because of my deep knowledge - I know how to show myself.

However, I am relaxed only among acquaintances or where no one knows each other. IN big companies, I feel awkward in a new place.

I really don’t like: awkward situations, letting someone down, when others are bullied in my presence (or in my absence), I also don’t like extremes.

I love: learning new things, nature, flowers, everything in which I see beauty. I am very interested in people, their destinies, the motives of their actions. I know there is a lot I don't know, and I really want to know. But it’s impossible to educate yourself; you lack willpower and discipline.

Everything is relatively good in my family and personal life, although my boyfriend thinks that I think too much and invent problems for myself.

The problem of choice is difficult for me - I worry for a long time afterwards. It's also very difficult to approach someone with a request - my heart starts pounding. It’s very difficult for me to force myself to do something (call friends, go to the cinema, join a club, take a course) and not because I don’t want to, but it’s the first step that’s difficult for me.

I don’t like this about myself, and I really want to change it. I just don’t know how. Can you help?

P.S. I also noticed that my handwriting greatly depends on what I write. This is fine?

results psychological analysis text:

There is nothing scary or surprising about the fact that your handwriting changes depending on what you write. This speaks of your emotionality, a remarkable quality for a woman, as long as it is natural and not excessive. Unfortunately, you have such an excess, and you probably are not always able to cope with it, since it is not only an innate excess, but also a reaction to conflict situations for you that are associated with difficulties in communication.

Your handwriting shows manifestations of two contradictory psychological tendencies. On the one hand, this is a tendency towards openness and sincerity, which manifests itself, for example, in the drawings of the letters a, b, e, z, and the structure of the line:

so and high level the emotional intensity of your speech (I really want to know, it’s hard for me, it’s very difficult for me to force myself). Openness combined with energy, unfortunately, is not understood correctly by every counterparty; this style of behavior is often considered intrusive and tiresome. A defensive reaction is a refusal to communicate, often with ridicule of openly stated desires, which can be regarded as bullying (I really don’t like... when in my presence... they mock others). In addition, you seem to be impatient - if you don’t immediately get what you wanted, you get offended and start worrying instead of showing patience and perseverance.

Secondly, you, apparently, have not yet sufficiently developed the habit of self-control and reflection; you pay too little attention to yourself. Not in the sense of experiences, but in the sense of attention and interest in oneself. Unlike most women of your age, you have not written anything about your appearance, whereas exactly appearance is one of the most significant factors of communication in youth. We must assume that either, for some ideological reasons, you do not consider your appearance to be significant, or you have some problems here that are unpleasant or even painful for you to talk about. One way or another, you should keep in mind that the success of communication does not depend so much on the advantages or disadvantages given by nature; usually it is directly proportional to the efforts spent on their improvement and education. The fact is that it is in the process of working on themselves, almost first of all, that women develop the ability to look at themselves from the outside. And, as a rule, people value their own kind not so much as what is given by nature, but rather as art - to the extent that a person has made himself. Lack of attention to yourself - common problem children from prosperous families, where a child is loved simply because he is one of his own, and everyone is loved, even the unwashed.

If your balance of openness/secrecy develops towards secrecy, at least four dangers await you. In parallel with the decrease in the number of favorable contacts with others, your level of self-esteem will not only fall, but an inadequate increase in the subjective value of the attention shown to you will begin. In other words, for minor signs of attention from a person you are interested in, you will be ready to become his slave, to sacrifice your own dignity and interests. At the same time, you will receive complaints for inattention to other people who are less interesting to you.

On the other hand, you are threatened with hypocrisy mixed with envy. Already now, when you write that you do not like extremes, you are most likely being slightly disingenuous. With your energy, openness and quick mood swings (my mood changes quickly), you probably have a need for extreme manifestations of emotions and are inclined to show them, but restrain yourself for fear of misunderstanding. All this can quite easily turn into a desire to set similar restrictions for others and demand from them compliance with rules and norms that you yourself are not averse to breaking (if there is an opportunity to bypass them, then I use it). Moving along this path, you will eventually be able to become, for example, an avid feminist, a fighter for women's rights.

On the third hand, you are threatened by the possibility of finding an area of self-improvement outside of yourself, for example, hoping that it will help you from shyness further education, some scientific knowledge that you can acquire. Knowledge is certainly useful, but in this case, they will not be able to live up to the hopes that you place on them. Unfortunately, you are considering scientific knowledge as something special, not related to your personal life and interests. Speaking about knowledge, you even immediately switch to another clerical language that is unusual for you (demographic data: 19 years old, gender - female, not observed by psychiatrists or psychologists, overloaded with rather contradictory information about yourself). This already suggests that you rely on them as a miraculous remedy and attribute to them functions that are unusual for them. However, if you do scientific activity, You most likely have enough energy and determination to achieve scientific success, but that’s all.

The fourth way is daydreaming, the quality that you, apparently, nurture while lying on the couch and not daring to go to the movies. This is also not the worst way. On this path, you have already mastered the Internet and have probably become a regular in chat rooms and other forms of indirect communication. It can also lead you to a field where you can achieve real success, for example, by turning to writing, and become a dreamer like Masha Arbatova. You will make up all sorts of scary and scary things about yourself. romantic stories, write romance novels about modest beauties and enlightened African princes (an option - enlightened new Russians). But you will not be cured of shyness along this path.

Of course, it will be better if you don’t go anywhere, stay in place and take care of yourself a little. I must say that you are in a good way- the ideal client for a psychotherapist, the client he can only dream of. You have no serious reasons to refuse friendly communication; on the contrary, you strive for it, and your problem is perhaps one of the most methodically worked out in psychotherapy. You will be offered simple game exercises, which will quickly give desired result. You will have the opportunity to spend your energy on communication. Do not accumulate it in yourself, which is fraught bad consequences for health, and not only mental health, but to spend it correctly and with pleasure.

You can try to solve your problems yourself - you have such a desire and a good attitude. To do this, you will have to persuade yourself to spend time and money on women’s favorite activities. Go to the hairdresser, beauty salon, fitness club, solarium, if necessary, even to the dentist and speech therapist. And everywhere they say that you are not interested in health, at your age it is too early to worry about this, not in changing your image, but in beauty. It is important to communicate with maximum number specialists and receive confirmation that everything is in relative order. In a month or two, not only will you not recognize yourself, but those around you, those who had not noticed before, will come running to get acquainted. Oddly enough, from these simple activities you will get a lot of food for the mind and learn a lot about yourself, good and bad. At the very least, the basis for the awkwardness that embarrasses you will disappear before your eyes, and shyness will imperceptibly give way to modesty.
