Food affects human health not only through its physical and chemical properties. Food also has a certain energy, which is unique to each food product.
Each product has a certain aura, food aura or food energy. Scientists have always been interested in this issue and conducted numerous experiments on these issues. And as always, on long-suffering rats, whose food preferences are believed to coincide with human preferences. As a result of the experiments, it was found that rats that were fed natural milk grew healthy and strong, and those who were unlucky and fed artificial formula began to get sick and die prematurely.
What's the matter? After all, they still received the whole range of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, microelements, enzymes and all other components natural milk, only in the form of an artificial mixture. But the lifespan of rats on the artificial mixture was even shorter than on plain water.
The next stage of the experiment was that they began to add a little natural milk, just a few drops, to the artificial mixture.
As a result, the rats began to feel great again and became nimble and mobile as before.
Why is there such a difference?
And the fact is that, with all the advancement of our science, it is impossible to include a subtle energy component, or an aura, or a biofield in the composition of artificial products. This energy component is present in all living things on earth, including all living products.
Products, food, like people, have an aura, or energy. In principle, the energy of food saturates our body.
This energy is so strong that even a tiny fraction of it is enough to maintain the vital functions of the body, in contrast to dead artificial products, which you can never get enough of, because they are empty, without energy.
Biofield heterogeneous and has many “shades”. Psychics often talk about these shades when they diagnose a person’s aura and determine its color scheme.
Likewise, the aura of food is not the same. Some foods have strong positive energy (fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and various raw food dishes made from them) ,
Others have weaker biofield(heat-treated cereals, vegetables and fruits),
Still others don't have it at all(n industrial andartificial origin, semi-finished products, surrogates, etc.) ,
The fourth ones even carry a concentrated negative energy(meat, alcohol, fermented and spoiled food) . It's not difficult to guess what the reason is.
Energy is provided to food and natural products by Mother Nature herself.. The most energy is in fresh vegetables and fruits, berries, nuts. What does a fruit that grows on a tree or in a garden bed have? a huge amount energy, and after it has been torn off, the amount of valuable energy decreases. Different fruits have different rates of energy loss. Apples, cabbage with carrots and beets, for example, can be stored all winter, but tomatoes spoil quite quickly.
Any processing of products leads to partial loss of valuable vital energy, and the more times food is processed, the less field energy is stored in it, although protein-calorie parameters may remain unchanged.
Any boiled product is suitable for consumption within just a day, although in its raw form it can be stored ten times longer. Therefore, it is recommended to eat boiled food immediately after cooking, before it cools down. The biofield of the soup is strongest as soon as it is removed from the stove, but after that, it begins to dry out very quickly. Cold interferes with this process, but only slightly.
It is also important that the food is prepared with good thoughts and love for the one for whom it is intended . It’s better not to cook when you’re “out of sorts” (many people already know this, including own experience), V bad mood, after a quarrel, the cooked food takes over these energies, and as a result, it becomes, not only not very tasty, but also harmful in its effect on the subtle field of a person.
It’s not for nothing that it exists in many cultures tradition of prayer before meals , or blessing food on the altar! In Japan and China, while eating, it is customary to immerse yourself in the process of thorough chewing (33 times) and this promotes complete concentration on food. In our tradition there are prayers and words of gratitude for our “daily bread”. Expressing respect, a person switches from his thoughts about hunger to subtle matters, thereby increasing the amount of positive energy in food!
Food for body and spirit is different . Great saints could live on bread and water for months. But that’s why they are saints, because their point of perception was shifted to spirituality, and not so much to the needs of the physical body, although they somehow had to be satisfied.
We have knowledge, we have choice, all that remains is to create conditions to understand the needs of our body, and try to give it everything it needs for a long and joyful existence! But, of course, any knowledge must be applied without fanaticism - natural process accepting yourself and your desires!
Be healthy!

Bananas
Red meat (beef, veal)
You will be surprised, but this is not heavy food at all. Meat contains a lot of bioactive iron, and iron affects the accumulation of oxygen in the blood. And the more oxygen in your body, the higher your tone. The meat also contains creatine, B vitamins, and zinc. To ensure that red meat is fully digested, eat it with vegetables. But don’t mix it with bread, porridge, potatoes - after such a combination you will want to sleep.
Hummus
This delicious paste is made with chickpeas, sesame seeds, lemon and olive oil. An excellent source of protein and fiber, as well as iron, vitamin C and folic acid. You can use it as a sauce and dip carrots, bell peppers and whole grain tortillas into it.
Seafood
Shellfish contain a lot of natural energy - vitamin B12. In addition, this vitamin stimulates brain function. Seafood also contains large quantities tyrosine This acid helps increase the production of the hormone norepinephrine, which will noticeably give you more energy.
Eggs
The amino acid leucine, found in chicken eggs, is responsible for energy production during strength work. And B vitamins, of which there are many in eggs, stimulate energy production in the body’s cells. A breakfast of 3-4 eggs will literally charge you with energy in the morning.
pumpkin seeds
Walnut
Omega 3 fatty acids contained in this product are not stored as subcutaneous fat, but are immediately included in energy processes. Nuts also “inhibit” the absorption of carbohydrates.
Honey
Mate
This South American drink is not as invigorating as coffee, but its effect is milder. In addition, this tea contains stimulants such as theobromine and theophylline, and together with caffeine they perfectly increase tone.
Digestion, energy and health. Compatible food and when to eat it.
Energy in its essence is somewhat similar to money: there is never too much of it. There is always a desire to get even more. We go to great lengths to squeeze even more energy out of the body: liters of coffee, sugar, stimulants and energy drinks - everything is used! But our poor body endures everything.
Violent bursts of energy are usually followed by a breakdown. In fact, the energy resulting from stimulation is not real energy. This is a cheap counterfeit of what you can actually have if your body is healthy.
Caffeine aside, we naturally have a certain amount of energy for the day. And there are several factors that are part of the energy equalization process: sleep, emotions, movement, mental activity, and, of course, food.
Sleep gives us energy.
Movement can provide energy by increasing blood circulation and oxygen, but it also ends up requiring energy. Different types exercises can also be divided into depleting and nourishing.
Emotions can have a huge impact on your energy levels. Positive emotions emotions, such as joy, energize, while negative emotions can deplete energy resources.
Mental activity requires a lot of energy. Clarity of thought and creativity are usually not found in exhausted people.
Food is a double-edged sword. Easily digestible foods provide energy; difficult to digest or non-nutritious foods will require more energy to digest. Some food combinations, on the contrary, will take away energy. For example, a sandwich from white bread with cream cheese requires a lot of energy to digest, perhaps much more than it can provide to the body. Berries, on the other hand, are in a fast way recharge your batteries.
One way to get energy from food is by eating nutrient-rich foods.
Separate nutrition can be applied to any diet to eliminate heaviness in the stomach after eating, improve the processes of removing digestive products from the body, solve skin problems and increase energy levels.
Here are 10 rules separate power supply, which I use and which you may find interesting for yourself:
Which food will give you the most long-term energy?
1. The simpler the better.
2. Drink some hot water or herbal tea before meals, some during meals, and do not drink anything for at least 30 minutes after meals. This will help prevent stomach acid from becoming diluted and improve digestion.
3. Do not eat fruit within 2-3 hours after eating. Fruits take much less time to digest, but if you have something in your stomach, they will get stuck there and start fermenting. This will lead to bloating.
4. Soak the nuts overnight. This makes them less dry and easier to digest. They become easier food. Ayurveda recommends soaking all nuts overnight.
5. Don't combine various types protein in one meal. Do not eat fish and chicken, beans and meat together. A serving of food with combined proteins will take 10-12 hours to digest if you have good digestion. Would you like to work 12 hours without a break?
6. Always add green vegetables when eating fats with proteins or carbohydrates. Green vegetables go well with almost everything. You can't go wrong with them! Green vegetables are your best friends.
7. Give your body a rest several times a week by eating simple foods. My favorite fall food is roasted pumpkin and baked apples.
8. Experiment wisely! If you are in doubt about the right combination of foods, try it and pay attention to how your body reacts. Your body understands better what it needs than any nutritionist.
9. If you consume dairy products, do not combine them with anything else. Definitely no fruit milk shakes unless you want curdled milk in your stomach.
10. Eat light, warm and simple foods if you are tired or stressed. Recovery and healing require energy, as does digestion. Use your energy resources wisely.
The most best time for food when our digestive fire (Agni, a component of Pitta dosha) is at its peak. This happens in the middle of the day, from 10:00 to 14:00 hours, so if possible main reception food should come at this time.
One of the food classification systems in Ayurveda describes food as light or heavy in terms of its digestion. For example, rice is considered a light food, and meat is considered a heavy food. If today you want to eat some heavy food, such as animal proteins, then it is better to do it at lunch, then your body will have the whole day to digest them.
Keep your dinner light, consisting of vegetables, and it is good to finish it before 20:00 and at least 2 hours before bed.
With this cycle, your digestion will not interfere with your sleep, and food will be completely digested and eliminated from the body by the time you get up in the morning. Combined with a light breakfast, this diet will fill you with energy for the whole day and special clarity of mind during the daytime hours of Pitta dosha.
Learn to understand your digestive indicators:
Eat only when you are hungry! Often we eat out of habit, not out of need.
Before you eat, rate your hunger on a ten-point scale from 1 to 10. If you are hungry at 6-7 points or higher, then it’s really time for you to eat; if your indicator is below this level, then find yourself some more interesting activity that will distract you from the desire to eat.
You can also drink something, such as water or fruit tea: we often mistake thirst for hunger.
Do something pleasant every day. Walk a lot fresh air. And most importantly, sleep 7-9 hours every night.
It’s clear what foods are good for our body, but what to cook for dinner to improve energy seems like a strange question. But no, food can influence our lives.
