The group's producer Konstantin Meladze and other members of the group have not yet commented on Ramm's departure. However, it is known that the team plans to make an official statement on the radio. This is stated on the group’s page on the social network VKontakte.
“Vladislav Ramm has been suspended from work in the MBAND group due to professional incompetence. An official statement from the group’s producer Konstantin Meladze and the group’s soloists will be broadcast exclusively on Love Radio tomorrow.”
The reason was Ramm’s absence at the press conference dedicated to the “Real Musicbox awards 2015". According to some reports, the singer went to Kemerovo to visit his relatives.
Fans of the team immediately reacted to the news of their idol. Fans turned to the singer with a request not to leave the group. And they launched a campaign on Twitter under the hashtag #VladComeBackYouWeNeedYou. The message with this mention came out on top in popularity on the social network.
Some commentators suggested that what was happening could be PR - it is known that a film will be released soon, the plot of which is tied precisely to the possible breakup of the group. The premiere of the film is scheduled for spring 2016.
The MBAND group was created in November 2014 in Moscow. The members of the boy band were four winners of the musical reality show “I want to go to Meladze” - Artem Pindyura, Vladislav Ramm, Nikita Kiosse and Kazakhstani Anatoly Tsoi.

IN exclusive interview Vladislav Ramm spoke about the reasons for leaving MBAND and relationships with colleagues and the producer.
Why did you decide to leave the group?
You know I'll be tight-lipped. I started thinking about this not long ago because I realized that I want to develop, be creative and be an independent artist. I, like any man, must establish myself in this life, self-realize.
Being part of a team, were you unable to develop creatively?
All our popularity is the merit of Konstantin Meladze. Unfortunately, I see myself as a solo unit. Although, most likely, fortunately - for some people.
I think that those people who should have understood him, they understood. You see, there are fans, there is a group, but I’m not a fan of washing dirty linen in public.
Konstantin Meladze said in an interview that the band members breathed a sigh of relief when you left. Did you have a conflict?
This is also a little unclear to me. I'm not a judge and the guys aren't judges either. Judging someone and discussing who sighed. I can say for myself that it was my decision. I voiced it the day before to both the guys and Konstantin.
How did they react when you announced your decision?
Our team has fairly democratic views on both work and life. Of course, there were some subtleties, but everyone reacted like a man, with dignity.
In one of the interviews, Meladze said that you have a contract with him until 2021. Will you continue to work in his production center?
I can say that these are court cases, legal ones, I don’t like them myself. I don’t think it’s necessary to make this public so that our fans waste their nerves and think about these problems. Everything will be decided in judicial procedure, in law. We live in the 21st century and we will decide everything ourselves.
Will you sue?
I do not comment on litigation yet. Everything will be decided somehow, but I say again that I want to be an independent artist. Apparently, we will not work with Konstantin, since I turned out to be unsuitable for him.
Why did he call you unsuitable?
This is also unclear to me. I don’t react to this in any way, this is his personal opinion. He is a professional and very respected in this field, but with all due respect to him, I don’t think he would initially work with an unsuitable artist for a year. And the people who chose us on the project (“I want to go to Meladze.” - Note edit.), would not have made a mistake either.
Literally ten days before the founding date of M-BAND, the group transformed from a quartet into a trio. There was a rumor that a member of the group Vladislav Ramm decided to end his work in the team. This event unpleasantly surprised the fans of the group, causing social networks a lot of discussions on this topic. Society began to gossip about possible reasons incident, going through all conceivable and inconceivable versions of such a hasty act, which occurred, one might say, at the peak of glory.
The picture began to become clearer with the appearance of official page groups on the social network VKontakte messages that Vladislav Ramm was dismissed due to professional incompetence. This statement came directly from the producer and leader of the group, Konstantin Meladze, as well as the rest of the boy band. It was also additionally reported that the other day, in an exclusive interview on Love Radio, the reasons for the incident would be discussed in detail.
The singer left a comment on his Instagram page in which he wrote, that he leaves the group due to the fact that he sees himself as a solo singer and therefore further intends to work independently. And in response to Meladze’s comment, he expressed doubt that Konstantin would hardly have hired an initially unsuitable vocalist into the group.
However, despite this, in principle, simple and understandable explanation, Internet users noted that Vlad unsubscribed from the pages of producer Konstantin Meladze and his wife Vera Brezhneva, as well as from other members of the group, while deleting all shared photos. But no less strange was the picture that former member the group posted after a warm message, in which he thanked all those with whom he collaborated while working in the musical group. We can say that users were surprised not so much by the picture as by the inscription: “Hypocrite. If they smile at you, don’t be happy, most likely it’s yesterday’s mask that hasn’t been removed.”
Subsequently, on the air of “Love Radio,” Konstantin Meladze outlined the reason for Ramm’s departure and confirmed that the decision was made not only by him as a producer, but also by the guys participating in the group. Members of the boy band - Artyom Pindyura, Anatoly Tsoi and Nikita Kiosse - assure that they were the initiators of Vladislav Ramm’s departure from the group.
Konstantin Meladze is sure that Vladislav with his hasty statement only confirmed the correctness decision taken. - It is the sharp statement of Konstantin Meladze and the support of his wards that gives reason to think that there is a conflict , but with whom (Meladze himself or with the members of the boy band) one can only guess. It is believed that this decision followed after the performer did not come to a joint press conference dedicated to the Musicbox 2015 award. Perhaps this was the last straw in the disagreements that arose between the producer and the members of M-BAND with Vlad.

The group was formed in November 2014 during the large-scale reality talent show “I Want to Meladze”. Childhood
The future artist and the object of admiration for thousands of fans was born on September 17, 1995 in the city of Kemerovo, located in the south Western Siberia. His mother is a local actress musical theater, did everything possible for the musical and aesthetic development of her son: she taught him to listen, perceive and enjoy music. Thanks to her efforts, he developed a desire to perform professionally on stage. He began learning to play the piano in music school, and later vocal art under the guidance of a teacher.

After graduating from school, the Kemerovo resident went to the capital, where he entered the theater college at the Moscow Oleg Tabakov Theater. In February, Ramm, together with his colleagues, performed at the concert venue of the Olimpiysky Sports Complex as part of the musical performance “Big Love Show 2015”, dedicated to the Day all lovers. Then a tour awaited them.

During the same period, the reality show “One Day with MBAND” was organized on the youth entertainment channel “STS Love”, offering eight fans selected during a large-scale casting to spend time with their idols.
In October, the boy band made its debut solo performance at the concert venue of the Bud Arena nightclub, broadcast on the same channel.
In September 2015, the young artist assured in an interview that he would not leave his boy band even in exchange for Fyodor Bondarchuk’s invitation to “Inhabited Island-2.” But already in November, Vladislav Ramm announced his departure and the beginning of independent musical activity.
Scandalous dismissal
There was a serious scandal surrounding the dismissal incident. The singer insisted that leaving the pop group was his own choice, while the founder of the boy band, Konstantin Meladze, stated that Vladislav was fired due to general decision- him and the guys - because of disrespect for colleagues and, in general, due to professional unsuitability. In addition, the composer recalled that the young man is bound by the obligations specified in the contract he signed and does not have the right to perform solo until 2021. The singer responded to this with the assurance that legal subtleties the issue will be resolved in court. 
Various, most incredible rumors appeared in the media about the real reasons for the singer’s removal from MBAND. Some wrote that the conflict arose due to Ramm’s passion for illegal medications, others - that it was all to blame for his gay romance with the youngest and most beautiful member of the group, Nikita Kiosse.
Be that as it may, these serious obstacles did not stop the persistent young man. In an effort to reach new level, he managed to focus on creativity even in such a difficult situation, declaring that he “forgot what fear means.”
Solo career
In April 2016, the artist made his debut in one of the leading roles in the light and romantic comedy film “Fix It.” The soundtrack to the film was the MBAND disc of the same name. The film tells the story of young and talented musicians who find themselves in an unpleasant situation that threatens them with the loss of rights to their group. They owed a lot of money to a serious character named Zvezda played by Nikolai Baskov. In an attempt to find the necessary amount and save the team, the guys find themselves involved in an adventurous story and now must get out of the situation with dignity without compromising their self-esteem and authority. 
In December 2016, the singer presented his debut solo disc entitled “#FIRST” to his listeners at a closed premiere. According to experts, his compositions are influenced by musical style Konstantin Meladze, there is a visible trend towards electronic sound design, a tandem of RnB and hip-hop.
The album was released in January 2017, and on the very first day of sales it became the leader of the iTunes top chart, and soon topped the list of the most popular media products on Google Play.
Yana Rudkovskaya became Vlad's new producer. She found out about young performer from his son Nikolai, performing under the pseudonym Kolyas. The young man recorded the joint composition “Enough Spirit” with Ramm, presenting his mother with a fait accompli. “I immediately knew it would be a hit. Every word in this track is a quote,” Yana later said. Apparently, she managed to remove Vlad’s obligations to the Velvet Music label.
