This recipe is even simpler than the previous one, but it is suitable only for those who like it spicy, because it involves adjika, red pepper and garlic (just a nuclear mixture!). If you don’t really like spicy dishes, then instead of red pepper, take black pepper, but smaller ones, and instead of adjika, you can take regular not spicy ketchup or tomato paste. Do not skimp on the garlic; stuff the turkey with it “lengthwise and crosswise”, making deep cuts with a sharp knife and pushing the pieces of garlic deeper inside.

  4. Place the mixture in a baking bag or a thick cauldron, add a couple of tablespoons of water, and place in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees. The form in which the dish is baked must be hermetically sealed (if it is a cauldron, then the lid must cover it tightly). The dish will turn out very juicy and soft. The water should not evaporate, the dish should not be fried, it should be stewed in its own juice.

Mushrooms - champignons, whole - will look very good in this recipe. Just wash them and add them to the mixture. The finished dish will contain whole mushrooms. Cabbage will also look good in this dish. Ideally, a mixture of regular (fresh white cabbage) and sauerkraut.

Recipe No. 4. Turkey fillet in the oven with vegetables

There are a lot of ingredients in this recipe. I love recipes that have a lot of ingredients, because they give a very, very rich taste, just an explosion of emotions, true pleasure. It is clear that almost any vegetables in this dish can be neglected and cooked without their participation. The taste will just be a little different, but nevertheless, it will still turn out very tasty.

Ingredients: 1 kg. turkey breast fillet, potatoes - 4 pcs., onions - 1 pc., carrots - 1 pc., shredded white cabbage - 200 grams, sauerkraut- 150 grams (handful), small zucchini - 1 piece, small eggplant - 1 piece, handful of green beans, sweet pepper(preferably colored - red, yellow) - 1 pc., adjika or tasty tomato sauce in Georgian - 3 tablespoons, salt, ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, herbs: dill and parsley.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the turkey fillet and cut into cubes (2-3 cm on a side).
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into fairly large pieces.
  3. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots, chop the onion, cut the zucchini and eggplant into cubes (you can remove the skin), chop the red sweet pepper into strips. Green beans does not require grinding.
  4. Mix all the vegetables and meat in a large saucepan, add salt and pepper to taste, add tomato sauce, vegetable oil, and mix.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking bag or large cauldron, cover it with a lid, and bake in the oven for 2 hours at 180 degrees. Let it simmer and simmer until fully cooked. Vegetables will release all their juices and flavors.

Recipe No. 5. Turkey breast fillet in the accordion oven with soy sauce, cheese and tomatoes

This method of roasting meat is well known to experienced chefs. The meat is cut into slices along the entire length, without cutting to the end, that is, the piece remains intact, but is cut repeatedly along the length. A slice of tomato and cheese is inserted into each cut (pocket). As a result, we get a very beautiful accordion of meat, in each fold of which you can see the red color of the tomato and browned cheese.

Ingredients: 1 kg. turkey breast fillet, 2 medium tomatoes, 150 grams of cheese, soy sauce - 3 tablespoons, salt, ground black pepper, other seasonings to taste (for example, suneli hops, coriander, red sweet paprika or basil.)

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the turkey fillet, remove the skin, put it in brine for an hour (4 tablespoons of salt for 2 liters of water). You can keep the marinating turkey water in the refrigerator.
  2. Blot the meat with a napkin to remove excess water, sprinkle the meat with soy sauce, and treat with spices.
  3. Cut the meat repeatedly without cutting all the way through.
  4. Place tomato and cheese slices into the cuts.
  5. Wrap the accordion meat in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Turkey with prunes.
500 g of meat is cut into cubes, and 100 g of prunes are chopped (all finely), mixed and stewed in a frying pan (to which water is added), about 35-50 minutes. It is salted when the dish is ready. Per 100 g – 125 kcal.


Salad with cheese, tomatoes and turkey.
Boiled turkey fillet (200 g), cut tomatoes and bell peppers (2 pieces each), add Feta cheese (50 g) and mix it all and season with olive oil (1 tbsp.) and lemon juice. Per 100 g – 115 kcal.

Turkey salad with oranges and avocado.
Boiled turkey (300 g), sweet pepper (2 pcs.), orange and avocado each. Everything is cut and seasoned with a mixture of olive (or other vegetable) oil, honey and mustard - 1 tsp of everything. Per 100 g – 152 kcal.

Turkey with rice.
In a saucepan with broth (2 cups), add hot pepper sauce (¼ tsp), garlic powder (on the tip of a knife), chopped basil (1 tsp), as well as stewed tomatoes (400 g), bring to boil and pour rice (2 cups) into it. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes. Now you can add pre-boiled turkey and cut into cubes (400 g), and green peas fresh (glass). Cover again and cook slowly until done, about 5-10 minutes. Per 100 g – 200 kcal.


Glazed turkey.
Meat (450 g) is fried in a deep frying pan on both sides. It gets a little salty. Sauce: take wine vinegar (2 tbsp), grated ginger root (1 tbsp) and orange marmalade (⅓ cup) and mix. Pour this mixture over the turkey and simmer it briefly. The finished dish can be decorated with parsley and orange. Per 100 g – 220 kcal.


Baked turkey.
Take a baking sleeve and place it there in order: chopped onions (2 pcs.), potatoes (1 kg), which are cut into slices, eggplants fried in a frying pan without oil, can be grilled (400 g) and turkey on top ( 800 g), sprinkled with grated carrots (2 pcs.) and the whole thing is filled with low-fat sour cream (100 g). The sleeve is baked for 40-60 minutes. Per 100 g – 120 kcal.


Turkey casserole.
300 g of turkey is boiled in water. There you also need to cook 400 g of green beans and cauliflower. Onions and carrots (1 piece each) are fried in vegetable oil (1 tsp). Fillet and vegetables are chopped. Everything is mixed and poured with a dressing of 10% cream (200 g), grated cheese (150 g) and eggs (3 pcs.). The mixture is poured into a mold and baked for about 40 minutes. Per 100 g – 120 kcal.



Boil rice (0.5 tbsp.). Put the broth on the fire and add chopped celery and carrots and boil. Form 800 g of meat into meatballs and add to the broth along with chopped spinach (150 g). Send the finished rice there too. Bring until ready.
Per 100 g – 230 kcal.
