Angry birds Toons- an animated series based on the popular game by Rovio Entertainment - Angry Birds. The first episode was released on March 17, 2013. Rovio stated that they plan to film 4 seasons.
Plot
The cartoon tells about life on the island of pigs. The ugly green pigs are always trying to steal the eggs from the evil birds to cook scrambled eggs for the King.
Description
In June 2011, Rovio bought the Finnish animation studio Kombo, where animated trailers for their games and episodes were created. Then in 2012, Rovio announced the creation of the Angry Birds animated series.
In February 2013, Rovio announced exact date release of the first new episodes of the cartoon on March 16 and 17. The first season began airing on March 17, 2013, and ended on March 9, 2014. After the end of the first season, episodes from a series of small trailers called Best of Angry Birds Toons were released for several weeks, which were a regular selection of footage from other series, but on April 11, 2014, they also stopped being released. - Red(first appearance of Chuck Time) - the leader of a flock of birds. He takes particular care of eggs. Tries to destroy pigs at the first opportunity.
- Jay, Jake and Jim(first appearance of Full Metal Chuck) - three twin brothers, cheerful and active birds. They love pranks, which often lead to irresponsible actions. They love to make fun of other birds.
- Chuck(first appearance of Chuck Time) - fast and athletic, a bit vain. Has the ability to accelerate so that everything around it slows down.
- Matilda(first appearance of Egg Sounds) - caring, kind, loves children, has culinary skills, although sometimes her cooking can only be fed to pigs. Has something to do with hippie culture.
- Bomb(first appearance of Off Duty) - cheerful, and at the same time aggressive. Loves ice cream, corn and knows how to explode. However, after the explosion he remains unharmed.
- Bubbles(first appearance of Night of the Living Pork) - cheerful and friendly, loves sweets very much, and when his candy is taken away, he becomes furious and does everything to get the candy back. It has developed lungs, thanks to which it can inflate strongly. Just like Bluebirds is a child.
- Terence(first appearance of Gardening with Terence) - Red's older brother. As shown in the cartoon, gloomy, stubborn and stern, even a little wild. Calm and strong as a wall. But despite this, he sometimes smiles. Miraculously moves over long distances.
- Eggs(first appearance of Egg Sounds) - children of birds. According to the plot, pigs want to steal them and cook scrambled eggs. Each of the adult birds wants to instill its own character in its offspring.
Ugly green pigs
- King of Pig Smooth Cheeks(first appearance of Where’s my crown?) - leader of the pigs. He dreams of stealing birds' eggs and making scrambled eggs from them. Greedy, stupid, loves sweets. He was used to everyone obeying his orders.
- Regular pigs(first appearance of Where’s my crown?) - silly and cheerful servants of the King, performing all menial work. They don't recognize high-ranking officials without their headdress.
- Corporal(first appearance of Where’s my crown?) - a pig in a helmet. He leads the ordinary pigs and is also the chief of the Pig King's guard. In the Thunder series, Chuck changed - the skin became a swamp color, the helmet became closer to black in color, and an ace of spades card appeared on the helmet strap.
