2. Competition program.
As part of the competition, the following are held:
Youth competitions have the status of All-Russian competitions (open). In youth competitions there is a team competition. Team composition: 3 boys, 1 girl.
3.Competition participants.
Athletes are allowed to participate in the World Cup stage, regardless of gender, age and rating, who have submitted an application for participation in a timely manner, registered in established deadlines and paid the tournament fee. The number of participants representing a country is not limited.
Boys and girls no older than 2000 were born to participate in youth competitions, regardless of rank, who have submitted an application for participation in a timely manner, registered within the established deadlines and paid the tournament fee.
Participants must comply with the dress code.
Participants are required to attend the opening and closing ceremonies of the competition; If they are absent from the closing ceremony, they will be deprived of official awards and awards will not be sent or transferred.
All participants must have medical insurance for the duration of the competition.
4. Time management system and control.
Competitions are held according to official Rules IDF games and competitions. The competition system is Swiss. The competition is held using a system of micro-matches consisting of two games.
Time controls in the 3rd stage of the World Cup:
lightning program - 3 minutes for each participant until the end of the game + 2 seconds for each move;
classical program - 45 minutes for each participant until the end of the game plus 10 seconds for each move, a break between games of 5 minutes; Recording of moves is required until the end of the game.
Each program uses a draw for moves and positions according to the official table, which is mandatory in both games of the micro-match;
Youth competitions are held in classical Russian checkers with a time control of 45 minutes for each participant until the end of the game, a break between games is 5 minutes.
5. Determination of winners.
The places of participants in individual competitions are determined by the highest amount of points scored. In the event of a tie between two or more participants, additional criteria are established by the panel of judges depending on the system of the competition.
Athletes who took part in the 3rd Stage of the World Cup receive points for the overall World Cup standings in accordance with the 2016 World Cup Regulations.
In youth competitions, the results are summed up separately among boys and girls in age groups Born 2000-2002, born 2003-2005, born 2006 - 2007, born 2008 and younger.
Places of participants in team competitions are determined by the highest amount of points scored by all team members. In case of equality of points between two or more teams, the teams' places are determined by the smallest sum of places occupied by all team members.
6. Rewarding.

In the classical program, the participant who takes 1st place is awarded a cup, medal and diploma; Participants who took 2nd and 3rd place are awarded medals and diplomas. From April 25 to April 28, 2016. at the arena of the State “Circus in Avtovo” (St. Petersburg) a festival-competition of amateur circus art was held "Flowers of Russia. White Nights. 2016". In three competition days More than 40 circus groups from Russia and Belarus presented about 200 circus acts of different genres to the jury.
The festival ended with an enchanting gala concert, where they presented best numbers Festival.
The Festival jury was headed by Doctor of Art History, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Advisor to the Chinese National Circus, President of the Academy of Circus Arts - Sergei Mikhailovich Makarov (Moscow). The co-chair of the jury is the director of the Beijing Golden Circus - Zhu Chuan Sheng (China). Students of the dance and acrobatic studio "Alpha" became laureates of the 1st (Ignatiev Sergey and Pumalainen Victoria) and 2nd degrees (Rodina Alexander and Proshina Anna), the team became the laureate of the 1st degree.
