But let's get to the recipe. First we need the wings themselves. I buy wings at the market, just trimmed right in front of me. For the recipe we take the following proportions.

To prepare the wings we need:

2 kg. chicken wings

3 teaspoons spices

2 teaspoons salt

50 grams vegetable oil

2 teaspoons mustard

If you have time for the wings to sit in the marinade, then it’s better to let them sit. For example, we go to the market in the morning, buy wings, and marinate them. And we cook wings for lunch.

We like to bake wings in the oven. But we don’t like to eat wings as a separate dish. Therefore, we use potatoes and onions as a bedding for wings. Our children love onions very much. Just peel the potatoes and onions. Cut it all into cubes, add a little vegetable oil, salt, pepper and mix everything well. Distribute our potatoes and onions evenly throughout the pan. We begin to place the wings on the potatoes.

Ours looks like a layer cake. I have one trick. After I put the wings on the potatoes, we are left with a dirty container from under the wings. I pour 50 grams of water into it, rinse off the spices stuck to the sides and pour it over the potatoes.

When this water boils away, it pours steam over the lying potatoes and wings. And as a result, they become more juicy and tender. But if you add a lot of water, you will end up with just boiled potatoes and onions. And we love baked onions and baked wings more. We love potatoes in any form.

Place it all in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

This is the beauty we got. Before giving chicken wings to children, we separate the meat from the bone and skin; after all, there are still many different hormones and cholesterol left in the skin.
