Rare historical photographs of Cossacks (16 photos). How to draw a Cossack step by step Drawing in the style of a Cossack for children how to draw

Hi all! Today's drawing lesson will be dedicated to the ancient warrior, one of the most freedom-loving and free people during the turbulent times of the late Middle Ages and modern times.

Our guest today and his fellow tribesmen united into detachments and communities, the heads of which were elected at meetings where every vote was taken into account.

Formally, not even being citizens of the state, these people forced their will to be taken into account powerful of the world this - what can I say, even the monarchs were forced to listen to these brave people.
I think everyone has already guessed that we are talking about a Cossack - let's draw this brave, formidable warrior!

Step 1

Let's start, as always, with a stickman - a man made of sticks and circles, which we draw in order to indicate the character's pose, his proportions, as well as his position on a piece of paper. Among the features of the figure, we note a stocky, dense physique and short stature. Ideal proportions, according to drawing textbooks, the height corresponds to the sum of the lengths of seven heads, but here the height is slightly lower, about six heads.

Another rule of proportions is that the arms, extended at the seams, reach approximately the middle of the distance from the waist to the knee. By the way, please note that at this stage we draw hands without brushes, so this pattern cannot be traced here, but this is only for now, then everything will fall into place.

But one of the features we note is the slightly curved line of the body - it’s the spine, it’s also the posture. This position gives the figure majesty and impressiveness.

Step 2

Let's add volume to the resulting figure, but first mark out the head. Let's draw a vertical line of facial symmetry, which should divide the face into two equal parts (however, visually it should be slightly shifted in left side away from us in accordance with the slightly turned position of the head). It should intersect with three lines, above all of which there will be a line indicating the position of the eyes. Immediately below it, place short lines that will indicate the mouth.

Now let's move on to the body itself. We will not analyze in detail the process of tracing a stickman, since in our drawing there is no need for anatomically accurate drawing. This is due to the attire of our warrior, which is spacious, free, hides all parts of the body except the head, and simply big size. Let us only note that the arms and torso are indicated by rectangles (the torso expands slightly towards the waist), and the legs look like a large, voluminous letter “L”.

Step 3

Using the markings from the previous step, we outline the main facial features. Our Cossack’s head should be slightly raised - after all, this warrior is proud and impressive, apparently someone close to the chieftain. This elevation is expressed in the position of the ear - when the head is level, the upper tip of the ear coincides with the eyebrows, and the lower tip with the tip of the nose. If you place your ear just below these frames, the head will appear slightly raised. Among the features of appearance, we note a nose that is slightly longer than average, a drooping mustache and a forelock of hair on a shaved head.

Step 4

Let's draw the face. Let's denote wrinkles - they look like slightly curved, short horizontal lines. They are located mainly in the forehead area and under the lower eyelids of the eyes. There are also a few wrinkles located in the area of our right temple. Draw the nostrils of the large nose, outline the broken line of the cheekbones and work on the facial hair, which is represented by a pigtail and a long mustache. In both cases, the hair should be drawn in the direction from roots to ends.

Step 5

Let's mark the body of our Cossack.

Let's outline the silhouettes of a fur cape on the shoulders of our Cossack, it should look like two geometric shapes- a rectangle to our left and a triangle to our right. Pay attention to the shape of these figures - they are quite sloping, as if falling from the head down to the shoulders. Then we draw two lines running from the neck down to the belt, the unbuttoned edges of the upper part of the clothing. Let's draw a small inverted triangle at the top of the body.

Let's outline with a few rough lines the contours of the belt and a weapon tucked behind it with a very long barrel - this is exactly what the first pistols looked like. Yes, it doesn't look at all like the short spy pistol we drew.

Step 6

We continue our lesson step by step drawing . Let's draw the details of clothing and weapons that we outlined in the previous step. Give the sections of the cape on the shoulders uneven, “fur” edges; on the left edge of the outerwear we will draw small round buttons arranged in a vertical row. In the very center of the body we will outline the folds on the clothing, which look like several slightly curved lines. We complete the stage by drawing an ancient weapon and a roughly tied hanging belt.

Step 7

We continue detailing, now the next step is our right hand. Let's outline its outline and erase the extra guide lines from the previous steps. Despite the fact that the fabric of the sleeve, like all clothing, is very dense, the Cossack costume fits very spaciously on it. This means that there will be a very significant number of folds.

On right hand, which we draw in this stage, the internal folds look like horizontal lines of varying intensity. Some of them extend into the outer contour of the sleeve, this is especially noticeable in the area between the forearm and wrist. In the same step we will lightly work on the outline of the part of the shoulder cape to our left.

Step 8

Let's work on our left hand. Just as in the previous step, erase the extra auxiliary lines, draw the outline of the sleeve, and outline the folds. The internal ones look like smooth, slightly curved lines, and external folds distort the contour of the sleeve, making it more uneven.

True, in the previous step we could not see the brush - it was hidden in the belt, but here we see the brush, it lies on a powerful staff. Draw phalanges on all fingers, mark the nail on the big one. The hand is the most mobile part of the human body, it is very difficult to draw, so we decided to take a close-up:

And this is how it all looks in general terms:

Step 9

We detail the leg to our left, more precisely, the wide leg of traditional Cossack trousers - a trouser trouser, a boot and a spacious pocket fastened to the belt. Actually the pants are very spacious (like one of our previous characters from the lesson about ), even baggy ones, so you don’t need to draw any muscles or joints anatomically accurately, but the folds need to be worked out properly.
Just below the belt we see a pocket, so let's start with that. When drawing it, pay attention to the edges of its upper part, the round button - the clasp and several lines - folds coming from this button. Since we are talking about hems, we will definitely note the one that is located on the lapel of the hem of outerwear. More precisely, not “that”, but “those” - there are two borders, the horizontal one is below, and the vertical one is on our right side.

Now about the trouser leg. Draw its outline, be sure to indicate a sharp narrowing of the wide silhouette in the area of the boot, draw long, vertical folds. Note that almost all folds appear as two closely spaced, parallel lines. Moreover, those located in the upper part of the leg are almost absolutely straight, and the folds in the shin area are located slightly obliquely.
Drawing visible part boot, mark all the necessary folds of the leather, both internal (several oblique lines, some of them look like a tick mark) and external (they form the outer contour of the boot and make it uneven).

Step 10

Our drawing is almost complete, all that remains is to apply the shadows. They are very light here, not contrasting and look like areas covered with not very intense shading. We do not recommend using extreme softness; HB and B are quite suitable. In places where the shadow is a little thicker, use a second layer of shading, placed in a crisscross pattern.

Rules for drawing arrows

The question of how to correctly draw arrows on the eyes worries many women. A beautiful arrow can be drawn only if it is done sequentially in several stages.

You need to draw an arrow with a “steady” hand, otherwise the line will not be straight, but wavy, which is unacceptable. To prevent this from happening, you need to place a mirror at eye level, and rest the elbow of the hand that is used to line your eyes on a hard surface.
You don’t need to draw an arrow with your eye closed or open, it’s inconvenient. It is best if the eye is half closed. In this case, it will be immediately obvious how well the arrow is drawn.
Whatever width you plan to draw the arrow, initially it should be drawn thin and gradually thickened if necessary.
Most women believe that the arrow should be drawn with one solid line. But in this case draw straight line almost impossible. It is best to draw the arrow in two steps. From the inner corner to the middle, and from the middle to the outer corner.
The inner edge of the arrow should be drawn along the eyelash growth line. If there is a distance between the eyelashes and the eyeliner, it will look sloppy and the eyelashes will not look impressive, even if they are very thick and beautifully painted.
The arrows on both eyes should be the same length and width. Even the slightest deviation is unacceptable, since with different arrows the eyes will look asymmetrical, even if in fact the woman does not have such a defect.
If eye makeup includes not only arrows, but also shadows, then the arrows are drawn on top of the shadows.

Please draw me the sea,
So that quiet waves flash,
To the smells of happiness and will
My chest was filled to the brim.

Draw the sand under my feet
Yellow-yellow, like a ray of sunshine.
And decorate the sky with clouds,
Just don't draw clouds, please.

Draw me a kite
So that the wind plays with him rebelliously.
So that I, having nothing,
She continued to be kind and gentle.

Will you draw me the sea and the sky?
And will you strew it with clouds?
Can you draw me an eternal summer?
And sand under your bare feet?

Draw, but don’t put a dot yet,
I didn't tell you the main thing,
Please draw me a daughter
And draw yourself at the pier.

How to draw a picture with paints

Choose watercolor paints. They are the easiest to start painting a picture with. They can convey all shades and add brightness when shined through. Choose what surface you will paint on - wet or dry. When drawing on a wet surface, the outlines of objects are blurred, which is useful in landscape compositions or when filling vegetables and fruits in the background.

Take drawing paper - it does not swell from excess water, and the places that need to be corrected can be easily washed off with foam rubber. Place the paper at an angle of 30-40 degrees to ensure the paint spreads evenly.

Make pencil sketches of the main objects. If this is a still life, then determine the location of the table or other surface and the fruit and vegetable composition. If this is a portrait, then take into account the proportions of the person, and if it is a landscape, then light sketches will be enough - main role colors will play. When painting with paints, especially watercolors, take into account the fact that you need to think through the shade of each stroke in advance. The error can be corrected only with the help of damp foam rubber. Then apply the necessary strokes on the already well-dried surface.

Paint the general background with foam rubber or a wide squirrel brush. When painting large areas, make sure there is enough paint on the brush. Apply the background from light to dark. Please note that the effect of white when drawing watercolor paints is achieved only through unpainted or well-washed areas with water. Be careful not to tear or roll the paper.

Determine the sunny side and shaded areas in the picture. Based on this, sketch all the objects. Mix paints on the palette - in a drawing, overlapping color layers can lead to a simple distortion of the color of dark shades. Apply each subsequent stroke next to the previous one with a slightly moistened brush for a smooth transition.

Paintings have the gift of attracting attention over and over again. The unique play of shades allows you to convey everything down to the smallest detail. But how exactly to draw a picture with paints? - drawing paper,
- pencil,
- eraser,
- paints.

How to draw a daffodil

Make pencil sketches in the middle of the sheet and arrange the individual details. In the upper part, draw a hexagon - the basis of the flower itself. To do this, draw two equal trapezoids that have a common base, with their convex parts facing opposite sides. Draw the middle in the form of an oval and depict the stem and leaf with simple strokes.

Draw the details of the daffodil more accurately. From each vertex of the hexagon, draw straight lines converging towards the middle. These lines will be the vertical axes for the flower petals. Mark the midpoints of the lines. Now draw strokes from each vertex, expanding to the designated points. Next, add strokes to the middle of the flower in the form of straight parallel lines.

To draw a daffodil, draw the flower petals with smooth lines - smooth out the main contours. Draw a slight curl of the petals wavy lines, located at their walls. Draw the middle of the daffodil. First, make the borders of the oval jagged with small steps. On the right side of the oval, draw a small dome, making the middle more voluminous.

Draw part of the narcissus stem in the form of a tubular arc connecting the flower itself and the straight thin stem with the wide side directed towards the petals. Draw the leaf of the plant as elongated and narrow with a pointed apex.

Sketch a flower with a simple pencil. Densely shade the middle of the daffodil with straight, thin lines diverging from the middle to the borders of the oval. On the petals, draw rays running along the vertical midline. Shade both the left side of the stem and top part narcissus leaf.

How to draw an anchor

How to draw an anchor

Draw a modern anchor design with two sharp edges at the bottom. Draw a vertical line in the middle of the sheet, slightly narrowed at the top and widened at the bottom. This will be the anchor spindle. Draw a circle around the upper border of the spindle, the so-called. eye - a place where a cable or rope is attached for raising or lowering the anchor. At the top of the vertical, draw a horizontal line - the rod. Secure the lower part of the spindle with a large tick.

Draw the individual parts of the anchor in more detail. Draw the spindle in the form of two straight lines, draw each of which at the bottom pointing in different directions, forming an anchor, its main part. This way you will get two anchor horns. The junctions of the lines should be smooth. Make each horn three-dimensional by adding another line that follows the outline of the anchor. At the tips of the horns, draw lobes - wide plates with sharp outer peaks. Please note that the heel of the anchor must be quite sharp.

Draw the stem in detail. From the inclined straight line, at a short distance, draw another one with the same slope, but slightly convex, thus delimiting the side and lower parts of the rod. Connect both lines with several vertical strokes. Now draw another inclined line repeating the outline and continue the vertical strokes at an angle slightly greater than 90 degrees. Draw a neck above the upper border of the stem - draw a small rectangle and divide it in half with a vertical line. Make the eye ring double.

Darken certain areas of the anchor: the lower part of the blade and the right horn. Shade the rod short lines and the neck, its right side. Also darken the section of the spindle that runs along the right border of the vertical - the drawn anchor is ready.

An anchor is a special metal structure that is designed to secure a ship in one place. It has many various types, but the base is always the same - a heavy bottom, which is fixed to a straight metal vertical. A drawn anchor is most often used as a maritime symbol. - landscape sheet;
- pencil;
- eraser.
