As Kommersant-Prikamye learned, yesterday the Perm administration presented three concepts for the improvement of the esplanade to the deputies of the Legislative Assembly and the Perm Duma. A day earlier, such a presentation was held for Perm architects.
As one of the meeting participants told Kommersant-Prikamye, the concepts came from SB Development LLC (Moscow), as well as from Perm design bureaus (the design and construction company Gorproekt, headed by architect Viktor Shchipalkin, and from Arina-Project ").
The ideas of Perm architects were already known. Thus, Mr. Shchipalkin’s project involves a comprehensive modernization of the entire territory, combining Lenin, Petropavlovskaya and Sovetskaya streets into a single pedestrian level. It is planned to create a monolithic space over the entire area of the esplanade - from the Legislative Assembly building to the street. Krisanova. A skating rink measuring 38 by 18 meters, made of artificial ice, will be located opposite the monument to the Heroes of the Front and Home Front. Up to 40 people will be able to ride on the site at the same time.
The summer skating rink will be open daily from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 23:00, and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 02:00.

Next Monday, in the historical park “Russia - My History”, the photo exhibition “Perm Prisoner” will open, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the stay and death of Grand Duke Mikhail Alexandrovich Romanov in Perm.
Holiday: opening of City Day in Tatishchev Square (0+)
The City Day celebration will begin in Tatishchev Square. On June 11 at 23:30, the “Countdown Clock” art object will be installed here and it will be ceremoniously launched. The clock is a mechanism more than five meters high with a water wheel at the base. Such a wheel stood on the dam of the Yegoshikha copper smelter, from which the history of Perm began in 1723. The clock will show how many days are left until the city's 300th anniversary and count down the time.
In Tatishchev Park, all guests will be treated to kvass and kalachi. There will also be a “Coin Courtyard” where you can mint a souvenir coin, and on the “Alley of Crooked Mirrors” located nearby you can admire your reflection. A pyrotechnic show will be shown at 00:30.

The Perm Flea Market, beloved by Perm residents, will open on the embankment. It will be located on the borders of flower beds and will stretch from the festival stage to the area with giant chess on the embankment.
