Mordjim – this beach is considered a protected area; in its southern part you can find olive turtles. A wide strip of sand stretches for 3 km, there are many palm trees on the shore.
This is Goa's favorite beach Russian tourists. In every sheik you can hear Russian music and get a menu in Russian. Due to the influx of our vacationers, prices are not at all affordable. The infrastructure is well developed, you can find decent housing.
Very beautiful place. This is a good place for families with children to relax. There is even a kindergarten for them.
Anjuna
Anjuna is a village on the coast. It is home to a famous flea market and often hosts trance parties. The coastline stretches for 2 km, it is not very wide with yellow sand, curved palm trees hang directly above the sea. During the day there are few tourists on the beach, but there are many locals. A girl in a swimsuit makes them want to take a photo, which is not very comfortable for single tourists. The water is cloudy, and due to the proximity of the market to the beach, it is not always clean.
A good offer for those who prefer to combine a quiet daytime rest with noisy night entertainment. Housing prices are quite low.
Vagator
Vagator – the village is located on the mountain. There is a Nine Bar on the rock. The coastline consists of three beaches: large, medium and small. They are all different, the most civilized is the small one. Swimming on the big one is not comfortable due to the abundance of locals; on the middle one there are a lot of cows. There is a rocky coast with palm trees, dark-colored sand, a not at all gentle entrance to the sea, and there are a lot of stones under the water. The sea has waves, there are quiet backwaters, however, there are algae. A very beautiful place in Goa with developed infrastructure. Europeans like to relax here, and you can meet tourists from Israel.
The Vagator resort in Goa is suitable for both dance music lovers and families with adult children.
Baga
Baga – the beach starts from the mouth of the Baga River and smoothly turns into Calangute Beach. Wide strip of sand, fine sand, smooth entry into the sea. There are shelters with sunbeds along the entire shore; it’s never quiet even in the evening. Cows and many dogs walk along the beach. The infrastructure is well developed, there are many shops, excursions are sold right on the beach. Main feature beach - a variety of water activities.
Baga Beach in Goa is suitable for tourists who prefer a busy life around them, a lot of communication and action. You won’t be able to relax here; they always offer you something and invite you somewhere. This place is a little reminiscent of our south.
Calangute
Calangute – Where Baga ends and Calangute Beach begins is difficult to understand. The same wide strip of sand, the same endless necks with sunbeds and barkers, the same sea. However, Calangute is a resort city, with its vibrant entertainment life, shops and other infrastructure.
Calangute resort is recommended for active tourists. Young people really like it here. You can find both budget and expensive comfortable accommodation. However, this will not save you from city noise and smells. The beach is also suitable for families with children.
Candolim
Candolim – the resort is a bit reminiscent of southern Goa, more calm and respectable than Calangute. Excellent infrastructure, shops and cafes. However, the sea is not calm, it is deeper, which should be taken into account by families with children.
Candolim Beach is suitable for everyone who prefers a simple, relaxed holiday in comfortable conditions. Lots of decent housing, cheaper than in the south.
Sinquerim
Sinquerim - Sinquerim is a rather expensive resort, rich Indians prefer to relax here. The infrastructure is well developed. There are many respectable expensive hotels. Very steep descent to the sea. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded, there are no noisy establishments.
Sinquerim Beach will appeal to tourists who prefer a quiet, secluded, expensive holiday. However, older tourists should take into account the steep descent to the beach.
Mandrem
Mandrem is a small village whose center is located 3 km away. from the beach. The wide coastline stretches for 1.5 km. The sand is clean, the sea is calm, with good entry into the water and without pitfalls. The most peaceful area of North Goa. There are no discos or noisy parties here. The infrastructure is well developed, hotels for every taste and budget.
