How to cook

We prepare the products. Wash the apple and zucchini under running water. Boil a glass of water and pour it over the raisins. Leave for 5 - 10 minutes until the dried fruits become soft. Grate the zucchini on a medium grater and squeeze out the juice. Peel and core the apple, three and add to the zucchini.

Add raisins, starch, a pinch of salt to the zucchini-apple mixture, beat in the egg and mix everything well. The dough is ready.

Grease a heated frying pan with oil. Spoon the dough into small round pancakes. Fry over low heat on both sides until cooked.

Serve pancakes with honey or condensed milk. In addition to apples, you can add bananas or pears to the dough.

Option 6. Vegetable pancakes with celery
