7. Fill tartlets with this appetizer. If you don’t have a bag at hand, this is not a reason to refuse the dish - you can simply squeeze it through a thick food bag, after making a small hole in it.

8. Let's return to the remaining piece of salmon. It needs to be cut so that you get several thin strips. We roll each of them - you should get 12 small roses.

Tartlets under a fur coat

Herring under a fur coat is already a classic of the holiday genre. Of course, the dish may become boring, but you can serve it a little differently, and then it will sparkle with new colors. And here’s another interesting move - why not make the molds yourself from... mashed potatoes? Let's try the recipe for an original snack.

To do this, we take the following components:

For tartlets:

  • 2 potatoes
  • One chicken egg
  • Butter – dessert spoon
  • A little salt

For a fur coat:

  • 1 small beet
  • 1 lightly salted herring
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt (without fruit additives)
  • Black pepper - to your taste
  • One chicken egg
  • One small onion

The technology is like this:

1. Cook the potatoes (add some salt to the water) until fully cooked.

2.Make mashed potatoes, add the raw egg and all the butter.

3.When the puree has cooled, we form tartlets from it using molds (muffin molds are perfect). Just keep in mind that if they are made of silicone, they are pre-lubricated with sunflower oil.

4. Place the resulting baskets in a preheated oven and bake for a quarter of an hour (temperature 180 o C).

5. Meanwhile, let’s not waste time and get to work on the fur coat itself. We clean the herring from bones and skin, cut the fillet into small pieces (half the fish). And we cut the other half into rectangles. Boil beets and eggs, grate them. Yogurt will act as mayonnaise (you can also add a little mustard). Mix all the products, add a little salt and pepper.

6.And here is the final stage - we put the fur coat in potato molds, and decorate the top with a piece of herring and an onion ring (you can take a red one).

Bon appetit!

And finally - an original appetizer of black and red caviar. Thanks to this recipe, everyone can feel like an artist. This dish will decorate any family celebration and will look good at a corporate party.

Here's what will come in handy this time:

  • A small piece of salted salmon (200 g)
  • One avocado (or cucumber)
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • small carrot
  • Red and black caviar – 400 g each

Today we will “draw” Leopold the cat. To do this, take tartlets and cut the fish fillets. Boil the eggs, remove only the whites. Let's make two cats. First we put caviar into the tartlet, and then we make the faces.

1. For the black one, we make a tongue from a carrot, and ears, eyes and a muzzle from a protein. We will make the pupils from a cucumber and the nose from red caviar.

2. For a redhead - everything is the same, only the base will be red caviar.

Thoughts out loud about filled tartlets in the oven

As I already said, there are a great many options for filling tartlets; you can also get creative with them for cooking in the oven.

  • I talked about how to make chicken pate and in the same recipe I suggested they fill tartlets, look, and if you sprinkle grated cheese on top and put it in the oven for a few minutes, I think it will also be delicious.
  • I love squid, and I am planning to make tartlets according to the first recipe, but instead of chicken, put squid fried in butter. I have no doubt that not only me will like it.
  • I liked one recipe with tuna, I also want to make it on occasion - cut boiled eggs, mix with tuna (canned), add tomato pieces, canned corn, grated cheese, mix with mayonnaise, fill the tartlets and put in the oven. But I would still rather put cheese on top and tomatoes too.
  • I plan to try another recipe, I really liked it - put several halves of cherry tomatoes into tartlets, sprinkle them with olive oil and sprinkle a little with grated garlic. Grate the cheese, beat the raw eggs, mix with the cheese and pour this mixture over the tomatoes in the tartlets. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
