  1. Cut pollock fillet (½ kg) into portions, brush with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Take two tomatoes and cut them into thin circles. Chop the onion (1 head) into rings, cut the champignon mushrooms (3 large pieces) into slices, and grate the cheese (50 g).
