Cooking method:

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. In a small container, mix a little mayonnaise with grated or squeezed garlic. Spread the resulting mixture onto the tomatoes. Sprinkle them with finely grated cheese on top.

A festive lunch is unthinkable without hot food. An alternative to traditional cutlets or chicken with a side dish can be budget birthday dishes that combine them.

Ingredients (arbitrary quantity):

  • Potato;
  • Fat and vegetable oil for frying;
  • Onions;
  • Mushrooms, fresh or frozen;
  • Any minced meat;
  • Eggs;
  • 1 olive or prune for garnish.

Cooking method:

Boil potato tubers, peeled. Drain the broth and mash the potatoes with the yolks until a homogeneous puree is obtained. Spread the puree on a woven napkin or thick cellophane in an even layer (its height should be approximately 3-4 cm). Place a few spoons of puree in a separate bowl in advance.

Finely chop the mushrooms. If wild mushrooms are used, they should be boiled first. Fry the mushroom pieces in refined vegetable oil.

Chop the onion (preferably finely). Pour into a frying pan with hot fat or sunflower oil, fry until it becomes transparent. Place the minced meat in a frying pan and fry it along with the onion until it becomes crumbly. If liver is used, it must first be boiled and then twisted. Pour the mushrooms into the minced meat and stir. Place the mixture in a metal bowl and cool slightly.

Place minced meat in the middle of the potato layer. Then lift the edges of the towel and pull the layer of puree into a roll. Carefully move the workpiece onto a greased baking sheet and give it the shape of a piglet. Make a tail, snout and ears from the reserved puree. From prunes or olives cut in half - eyes.

Beat cold egg whites. Lubricate the pig with them. Bake the dish in the oven until it has a nice crust.

Very quickly and without much hassle, you can cook delicious chicken thighs in a honey-mustard marinade.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs – 1.5 kg
  • Soy sauce– 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Honey – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Olive or sunflower oil– 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method:

Wash the chicken thighs, remove fat, and place in a deep baking container. Next we make the sauce. Mix in equal proportions: soy sauce, honey, mustard and oil, mix, and pour over the chicken.

Place the dish in the oven and bake at 180 degrees, about 1-1.5 hours. To brown the thighs on all sides, turn them over from time to time.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Pineapple – 1 small jar
  • Cheese – 150 gr.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking process:

Slice and beat the chicken fillet. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Break two eggs into a container and beat a little with a fork. Dip the beaten fillet in flour, then in the egg and place in a heated frying pan.

Spread two sheets of lavash with the resulting minced meat, place the lavash on top of each other and roll into a roll. Wrap the roll in foil and hide it in the cold. Cut the chilled dish into small rolls and place on a flat plate.

Tomatoes with cheese

Place a mixture of squeezed garlic, grated cheese and mayonnaise on the tomato slices.

Boiled chicken, cut cucumbers (fresh or salted) into strips, add grated cheese, ready Korean carrots, squeezed garlic and chopped herbs. Season everything with mayonnaise and salt to taste.

A salad made from several layers, which must be placed in a deep plate. After all the ingredients are soaked in mayonnaise, the finished salad is sharply turned upside down onto a wide flat dish. The result will be something like a mushroom cake. Layers: chopped greens, boiled small champignons, place caps down, chopped boiled chicken, grated carrots, finely chopped fresh cucumber, chopped onions, grated potatoes. Soak the layers with mayonnaise.

Snack Cake

Knead soft dough from margarine (100 g), soda (0.5 tsp), slaked sour cream (1 cup), eggs and flour (2.5 tbsp), divide into 4 parts and put in the cold. After an hour, form the dough into 4 thin layers for the cake and bake each until golden brown.

For the layers you will need: hard and processed cheese, herbs (onion, parsley, dill), egg (2), garlic and a can of canned food in oil (saury).




To form the cake, coat each cake with mayonnaise on both sides (the first cake on one side only). Place a mixture of grated processed cheese and garlic on the first crust coated with mayonnaise. The second is chopped boiled egg with onion, the third is fish from a jar (chopped with a fork), on the last cake coated with mayonnaise, put grated cheese (hard) and finely chopped herbs.

Salad "Ruby Stars"

Mix boiled grated beets, chopped prunes, chopped walnuts, and a little garlic. Season the resulting mass with vegetable oil (olive oil).

Salted fish (red)




Divide fresh fish into beautiful portions. Prepare a mixture of 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp salt. Grease the bottom of the salting dish with vegetable oil, sprinkle the fish on one side with a salt-sugar mixture and place in the dish, pour vegetable oil on top. Refrigerate for 2 days.

Sea fish in sauce

Fry the fish and place on a plate. Separately, sauté the onions and carrots, place on top of the fish, pour Krasnodar sauce over everything and put in the refrigerator so that the fish is soaked in the marinade.

2. Hot dishes




Potatoes with chicken

Place chicken pieces (or the whole chicken) on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and place peeled potatoes next to them. Bake the dish for about an hour. One kilogram of potatoes is required for one chicken. Sprinkle with spices.

Potatoes with mushrooms

Place potato pieces in a fireproof dish fresh mushrooms, bell pepper, greens, onions (can be pre-fried). Cook in the oven in a sleeve or on the stove (microwave).

3. Desserts




Universal sponge cake

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites with a mixer, add sequentially, without stopping beating, the yolks, one at a time, then 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of flour. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. The resulting sponge cake can be decorated with any cream, berries and fruits.

Cake “Rotten Stump”

Mix flour and jam well, one glass at a time, egg and 1 tsp. soda, bake until done. Divide the resulting pie into two layers and spread with cream. Cream: beat sour cream and sugar in equal proportions (3 tbsp each).
