A fun scenario for a corporate event 3.08 /5 | Voted: 24

A fun scenario for a corporate event is the key bright holiday with colleagues. After all, there are far from salads on the table and beautiful outfits create the mood. We present an original and fun scenario for a corporate party, which is suitable for any office party.

This entertainment can easily be interpreted to celebrate a company birthday or New Year. Just add appropriate congratulations. If you want to run more competitions, here is a selection of fun games and activities.

Leading:

Hello colleagues!

For a cool corporate event

A friendly team gathered.

Everyone forgot about the dress code,

About reports and work.

We'll dance until the morning,

Sing songs and rock!

Leading:

Are you ready to have a good rest? To take on work on Monday with renewed vigor? Then let's start our corporate party! You are a single team, and this is what makes the company successful. I suggest testing your ability to act together in the next competition.

Competition "Catch the Ball"

For the competition, those present are divided into two teams. Each of them chooses a captain. The captains stand opposite the team, at a distance of 2-3 meters (marked by a line), they are given large baskets. There are many near each team balloons and a line they must not cross. The task is to throw as many balls as possible into your captain's basket. Those, in turn, should help, but not step over the line. Captains are also prohibited from touching the balls with their hands. 3-5 minutes are allotted to complete the task, the team with the most balls in the captain’s basket wins.

At this stage of the corporate party, you can invite everyone to the table. But the fun doesn't stop. After the guests have had a little refreshment, the entertainment can continue.

Leading:

I know your boss is perfect. Understanding, generous, positive. And all employees find it without any problems mutual language, understand each other perfectly. The next game will confirm this!

Game "Deaf Dialogue"

The manager and subordinate are invited. The boss puts on headphones, and the subordinate asks the boss questions.

For example:

  • Can I take tomorrow off?
  • When will the salary increase be?
  • Why am I going on a business trip, and not Ivanov?

The boss, of course, doesn’t hear the questions. He can understand what he is being asked about only by the movement of his lips and facial expressions. However, the boss must answer. As a rule, the answers are “off topic”, and the dialogue turns out to be very funny.

Then the subordinate puts on the headphones, and the boss asks the questions. For example:

  • When will the report be?
  • Why don't you go to work on Saturday?
  • Why are you late again?

Then a new subordinate comes out and the fun is repeated, only with different questions.

There are no winners or losers, but small prizes can be awarded for the coolest answers.

Leading:

You are a close-knit team, almost like a family. I suggest checking how well you know each other.

Game "Who are you?"

The driver is blindfolded. One of his colleagues sits on a chair in front of him. The driver's task is to guess who it is by feeling only his head. To complicate the task, you can use glasses, wigs, earrings, scarves. Then the one who was guessed becomes the driver. This is not a competition, so there are no winners. But everyone will have a great time!

Game "Fanta"

This is traditional entertainment for the holidays, and we couldn’t help but include it in our fun corporate party scenario. The rules are simple: guests, sitting at the table, pass each other a small ball or some round fruit to the music. Suddenly the music stops and the one who has the ball pulls a forfeit out of the box and completes the task.

Forfeits with tasks must be prepared in advance. For example:

  • To say a tost;
  • Sing;
  • Dance, etc.

It all depends on the company and imagination, however, respect the chain of command.

Leading:

You know how to work well and have fun! I invite everyone to the dance floor.

During the disco you can have dance competition so that the atmosphere remains festive.

Competition "Dance like..."

To play the game, you need to prepare cards in advance with descriptions of objects or phenomena of the same topic. For example, for a corporate party in winter the following are suitable: snowflake, snowman, blizzard, sleigh. All pieces of paper with inscriptions are put into a box. Each participant pulls out one card and dances like... a snowflake, a sled, a snowman. Then you can determine the most original performer and give him some kind of prize.

During the dance block, you can play a team game.

They pass the bracelet to the next player – hands-free! The winner is the team that passes their decoration from first to first. last participant and will not drop it.

The presenter invites everyone to take turns pulling out a ball with a number that corresponds to the gift from the drum. Presentations must be prepared in advance and numbered. It is important that they be universal; the presenter suggests finding a hidden meaning in each souvenir.

For example:

  • Notepad - career growth;
  • Candlestick house - buying a cottage or house;
  • Magnet with beautiful landscape- journey;
  • Keychain – buying a new car, etc.
Leading:

This is the end of our fun corporate party. I wish success and prosperity to the company, achievement of your goals and inspiration to each of you.

We hope you enjoyed our fun scenario for a corporate event. We wish you a bright party!

A corporate party is not only a way to unite the team, but also a fun time. In order for it to be such, you need to try. Games at a corporate party will lift the spirits of everyone present and brighten up any evening. Which ones are the most popular? Cool games at corporate events are usually organized in the form of competitions in which several team members, and sometimes entire teams, participate. This evening program will be suitable for both already united workers and strangers. It is best to hold competitions after a couple of toasts, when the drinks taken will relax and enliven the guests.

Let's take a closer look at these games and competitions:

  • “Don’t take pictures all evening!”
  • "Remember all".
  • "Accuracy".
  • "Deaf telephone" and others.

“Don’t take pictures all evening!”

Surely every man in the team will come to the corporate event in a formal suit, and women will wear dresses for the occasion. Such outfits seem too strict, they are not really suitable for fun, but dark colors The costumes are not at all pleasing to the eye. This competition will help you add excitement to your business image. It is best suited for men. Women in this case will act as spectators.

The most unusual and bright wardrobe items are placed in a large cardboard box: hats, glasses, Carnival masks, clown noses, skirts and much more. To the music, the competition participants will pass the box to each other, and as soon as its sound stops, without looking, they will choose one thing for themselves. It is the loser who puts it on himself. The game is played as a knockout game. Only one of the participants will be the winner and will be left without an addition to the costume.

Participants in the competition will have to wear all purchased items until the end of the evening. Surely it will be fun to see a security officer in a spectacular bra, and a plant director wearing a children's cap on his head.

"Remember all"

On sheets of paper you need to write one word each and form two teams of players. Each team chooses a piece of paper with a task word. They need to remember and sing a song containing this word. The team that sings the most songs wins. Unity in this competition is not the least important.

"Accuracy"

Games at corporate parties, funny and cheerful, usually have ambiguous connotations. Participants are divided into pairs: a man and a woman. The woman's task is to firmly hold an empty bottle without a cap between her legs. A nail is attached to the man's trousers, which must be used to get into the neck of the bottle. This will not be easy to do. To the laughter of colleagues and cheerful music someone will have to be the winner.

"Deaf Phone"

We all played “Deaf Telephone” as children. Do you remember how fun it was? Why not borrow corporate games from your childhood? It is best to choose words for participants that are complex and close to the profession. Participants can be confused by words that sound like obscene expressions. The longer the “deaf phone” chain, the more unexpected the last player’s answer will be.

"Zodiac sign"

Perhaps it is thanks to the corporate party that colleagues will open their eyes to many qualities of each other that were not known until now. Games at corporate parties, funny in nature, become even more fun if the participants have artistic talent. The essence of the game is that each person must depict his or her zodiac sign without words; you can only use gestures and facial expressions. The rest will have to guess. It is best to play the game in a cheerful group.

"Musical chairs"

Competitions and games for corporate parties do not have to be new; we should not forget about those that have become a tradition. No party is complete without musical chairs. The rules are simple and have long been known to everyone. The number of chairs is one less than the number of players. To the music, the participants move and dance around the chairs, and as soon as it turns off, everyone must take their place on one of them. The loser does not have enough chair, the game continues for elimination. The chairs are removed with each loser. There will be one winner.

Dance

Games at a corporate party in a team should lift your spirits and create a special atmosphere. Any number of people willing are invited to participate in the competition. They are given the task: to write a certain word or number in the air with part of their body. You need to do this with the fifth point, carefully drawing the details of the sign in the air. While the participants are completing the task, it is best to turn on erotic music for striptease. Members of the team who remain as spectators will watch an extremely funny picture.

Table games

Table games for corporate parties can be not only intellectual, but also fun. Time will fly by unnoticed, and most importantly, with benefit and pleasure. Table games exclude observers. All team members will be able to be involved in the process. Table games for women at corporate events are also most often used.

"Mafia"

The cult game "Mafia" has become extremely popular. Many positive aspects make it not only interesting, but also useful. It unites the team, develops attentiveness and thinking, as well as acting skills and cunning, the ability to take risks and much more.

Any number of participants are seated at round table. Can be used playing cards and agree which one means what. The leader takes a number of cards equal to the number of participants. A small team may have one mafia, a large team may have two, etc. Red cards may represent the mafia, while black cards may represent civilians. The host deals the cards and the players get their role. The mafia's task is to deceive civilians, and they, in turn, must guess who the mafia is.

"What? Where? When?"

Another game familiar to everyone can become a “feature” of your corporate evening. Everyone knows the rules of the game. There should be two or more teams, but the tasks must be thought out in advance. It would be a good idea to link them to the theme of the evening or to the specialization of your company.

"Voice"

Team cohesion can become the object of careful testing with the help of games at a corporate party. Every day, spending everyday life with the same people, we remember them not only by their appearance, but also by their voice, and sometimes we recognize them by the sound of their steps. The “Voice” game involves testing your memory for the voices of your colleagues.

One participant is selected and turned with his back to the table. Each colleague speaks one phrase, changing his voice. The player, relying on memory and intuition, must determine who exactly the voice belongs to and voice the name of this person. This way you can not only have fun, but also test the degree of cohesion among employees.

"Not looking"

To play at a corporate party, a volunteer is selected and blindfolded. Without looking, by touch, he must recognize his colleagues and say their names. To confuse the participant, you can take off your tie, wear a push-up bra over your shirt, try on a wig, and so on. You may hear many unexpected answers to the question, which will undoubtedly be fun.

"Colleague"

Pieces of paper are placed into the container, on which the names of the employees and their position are written. Any number of people can participate. Players take turns taking out a piece of paper. Each of them must show by gestures, habits and facial expressions whose name he got. The task of everyone else is to guess the position held and name their colleague.

"Let's shake hands"

Games at a corporate party for getting to know each other are usually held at the very beginning of the feast. Shaking each other’s hand at the first meeting has been a tradition for a long time, and everyone knows about it. The entire team needs to be divided into two teams. A competitive spirit will help you make acquaintances quickly. To the music, people sitting at the table will have to shake hands in a chain. The team that finishes first will be considered the winner.

"Snowball"

Games at a corporate party in a team, held for getting to know each other, can also develop the memory of the participants. Employees sit in big circle. One of them says his name. The next one is the name of the previous one and your own. So, from the starting player, everyone must say the names of all the previous people and then their own. The most difficult task, of course, will go to the person who will have to name all the names.

Mobile competitions for corporate events

Movement is life. Moving competitions will make you move a little. You can arrange a relay race among the participants. The tasks should not be too difficult. Teams of 5-6 people will have to strive not only to win and complete their tasks, but also to be a spectacle for observers.

"Director's name"

One letter is written on A4 sheets; in the set, these sheets are compiled into a word. Or rather, in the name of the director of the enterprise. Teams must unravel the word encrypted on the sheets and quickly line up in in the right order so that the name is readable.

"Important Paper"

Participants of two teams must form two circles. Their hands are located behind their backs, and in the mouth of one of their colleagues there is an “important” paper. You need to pass it only with your mouth, holding the edge of the sheet. The team that does this faster will be the winner. It is important that the paper goes around a full circle and does not fall.

Competitions and games for corporate parties are the basis of a successful evening. Determine your own goals for the event in order to choose the right program for your pastime. Remember that each goal is achieved in its own way, but the shortest is good mood and a positive approach. In any case, games and competitions are an important component of the so-called team building. They can be arranged not only at corporate events, but also during breaks in the work process.

Cool games for guests. Games will not only add spice to any celebration, but will also help guests quickly get acquainted and become friends.

Funny, amusing competitions will allow you to have a good rest and have fun at the New Year's party. For presenters tasked with organizing the entertainment part, we offer original selection games, competitions and quizzes for a festive corporate party scenario!

To make the New Year's holiday more successful, we have made for you a selection of the most interesting competitions and fun.

Table

To begin with, we propose to include in the program New Year's corporate party At work cool competitions at the table.

What will Santa Claus give?

Attributes: small pieces of paper, pens (or pencils).

Before sitting down to the festive table, guests each receive a small piece of paper and write down what gift they would like to wish for themselves in the new year. This could be, for example, new flat, car, dog, travel, money, lover...

The leaves are rolled up into a tube and placed in a beautiful box, a hat... At some point in the evening, the host asks everyone to pull out a random piece of paper and find out what good Santa Claus has prepared for him for the next year. Everyone has different desires, so it will be fun! And your wish will come true if you save the piece of paper until the next holiday, and then tell about what came true.

You can attach the leaves with threads to a rope/fishing line and then, as you did in childhood, blindfolded and using scissors, cut off your wish. Another variation is to link notes to balloons and distribute to those present.

I want, I want, I want!... Branded want

Another game about wishes. But this time without attributes.

5-7 volunteers are called. They take turns naming their wish for next year. You need to speak quickly, without holding up the line! Stopping for more than 5 seconds means the player is eliminated. We play until we win - until last player! (Small prize possible).

Let's raise a glass! New Year's toasts

When guests get bored in the midst of a feast, invite them not just to fill their glasses, but to make a toast or congratulations to everyone present.

There are two conditions - each speech must be one sentence long and begin with the letters of the alphabet in order!

For example:

  • A - I am absolutely sure that the new year will be the best!
  • B - Be healthy and happy!
  • Q – In general, I’m glad to be with you today!
  • G - Pride bursts at the sight of those gathered at this table!..

The most fun moment is when the letters e, e, yu, y, s come into play.

Game option: each next toast begins with the last letter of the previous congratulation. For example: “I’m very glad if you support me with applause! “And all the best to you...” To complicate things, you can prohibit starting a toast with prepositions, conjunctions and interjections.

“I’ll sing about Frost!” Compose a ditty

During the evening, those who wish must write and then present to the audience a ditty, which contains New Year’s words or themes pre-set by the presenter. It could be " New Year, Santa Claus, Snow Maiden."

You can compose awkward songs - with the last line unrhymed, but maintaining the given rhythm of the ditty. Example:

Hello, red Santa Claus
you brought us gifts!
The most important thing is ten days
Let's just relax.

Snow news

Attributes: Cards with word-nouns. There are 5 completely unrelated nouns written on the cards. It is advisable to include at least 1 winter word there.

The participant draws out a card, reads out loud the given words and within 30 seconds (although if those present at the party are already, well, very tired, then 1 minute is possible) comes up with a news story from one sentence. And all the words from the card should fit in it.

Nouns can be turned into other parts of speech (adjectives, verbs, adverbs...) and changed as you like, and the news must certainly be interesting and funny.

You can start the news with the words “Sensation!”

For example:

  • 1 card – “road, chair, roof, bicycle, snowman.” Sentence - “Outside the city, a huge snowman with a broken roof was discovered on a road bike with a chair instead of a seat!”
  • Card 2 – “fence, sound, ice floe, shop, Christmas tree.” Sentence - “Near the store, under the fence, someone left a Christmas tree with sounding pieces of ice.”

Try this: it will be even more interesting if you prepare a lot of cards, where one different word will be written, and the players themselves will draw out the 5 words they get.

Fun guaranteed!

I like/don't like my neighbor

The game does not require any improvised means! But requires a sufficient degree of emancipation or relaxed relationships in the team.

The presenter invites everyone present to name which part of the body (can be clothing) they like about the person sitting on the left, and which they don’t like. For example: “My neighbor on the right, I like his left ear and don’t like his bulging pocket.”

After everyone has named and remembered what was said, the presenter asks to kiss (or stroke) what they like and bite (or spank) what they don’t like.

Not everyone can play, but only 6-8 brave people are called into the circle.

Our friend is orange!

This game can be played on New Year's holiday in the office only if all colleagues know each other well. Or at least everyone has a friend or girlfriend in the team.

The presenter thinks of a person from those present at the table. And the participants, with the help of leading questions, try to guess who it is.

But questions are not simple - they are associations! Whoever guesses first wins.

The questions are something like this:

  • — What fruit/vegetable does it look like? - For an orange.
  • — What food is it associated with? - With pies.
  • - With what animal? - With a mole.
  • — With what music? - With choral singing.
  • - With what flower?
  • - With what plant?
  • - By car?
  • - Color?
  • — Part of the world?

Yin-yang cones

Attributes: 2 cones – one painted White color, the other in black. If you have nothing to dye with, you can wrap them with colored woolen threads of the desired color.

The course of the fun: a host is selected from among the guests, who will have these two cones. They are signals of his answers, because he is not allowed to speak at all. He thinks of a word, and the others, with the help of leading questions, try to guess what he has in mind.

The whole secret is that he can only silently show: YES - this is a white lump, NO - black. If neither this nor that, he can lift both at once.

The first one to guess correctly wins.

Instead of pine cones, you can take multi-colored Christmas balls. But you need to be careful with glass ones, especially if the presenter has already drunk a couple of glasses of champagne.

Associations on paper. Broken telephone associations

Attributes of the players: paper and pen.

The first person writes any noun word on his piece of paper and speaks it quietly into his neighbor’s ear. He comes up with his own association for this word, writes it down and whispers it to the next person.

This is how associations are transmitted along the chain... The last one speaks out loud the word given to him. It is compared with the original source and it is fun to find out at which link in the chain of associations the failure occurred: everyone reads out their nouns.

funny neighbor

Any number of guests can play.

We stand in a circle, and the driver begins: he performs an action with his neighbor that will make him laugh. He can take him by the ear, pat him on the shoulders, tap him on the nose, flick his arm, touch his knee... That's it, those standing in a circle must repeat the same movement with your neighbor/neighbor.

The one who laughs is eliminated.

Then the driver makes the next movement, everyone repeats. If no one laughed, new movement. And so on until the last “Nesmeyana”.

New Year's rhyme machine

The driver reads out little-known New Year/winter quatrains. But he only says the first 2 lines out loud.

The rest are invited to take part in a competition for the best rhymer.

Guests come up with and rhyme the last two lines. Then the funniest and most original poet is selected, and then the original poem is read out amid general laughter and joy.

Drawing competition “I see, I see the New Year!”

Those who wish are given A-4 sheets of free-form lines and felt-tip pens. Everyone has the same image (copier can help you).

The task is to complete a picture on a New Year's theme.

Of course, everyone knows who in the team is best versed in painting. So he or she will evaluate the results. Whoever is more interesting is the winner! There can be many winners - it’s a holiday!

Movable

Nimble cone

Attributes: pine or fir cones.

Progress of the game: guests can either sit at the table or stand in a circle (if they have been sitting too long by this time). The task is to pass the pine cone to each other. Condition - you can transfer it only by holding it on back side two palms. Try it, it's quite difficult... But also fun!

You can also divide into equal teams, and whichever one hands over its cone faster wins.

My Frost is the most beautiful!

You will need various items such as: garlands, funny hats, scarves, beads, ribbons. socks, mittens, women's bags... Two or three ladies who want to be in the role of the Snow Maiden for a few minutes each choose a man to turn him into Father Frost.

From items prepared in advance on the table, the Snow Maidens create a cheerful image of their hero. In principle, you can end here by choosing the most successful and funniest model...

The Snow Maiden can take snowflakes for herself, which will help with the “design” of Santa Claus and with advertising.

Snow paths

This is a very successful game to determine pairs for subsequent New Year competitions.

Attributes: colored ribbons in winter shades (blue, light blue, silver...). Length 4-5 meters. It is necessary to cut the ribbons in half in advance and sew them together, mixing up the halves.

3-4 pairs of players are called. The presenter holds a basket/box, to which lie multi-colored ribbons, the ends of which hang down.

Presenter: “On New Year’s Day, the paths were covered with snow... The blizzard mixed up the paths in Santa Claus’s house. We need to untangle them! In pairs, each grab the end of the tape that you like and pull the track towards you. The couple that draws their ribbon before the others will receive a prize!”

Players choose a pair and the color of the ribbon, expecting that there will be a single ribbon at the ends of the same color. But the fun is that the ribbons are sewn in different ways, and completely unexpected pairs are formed.

Happy people train

Everyone loves round dances: both small and large (and those who are embarrassed to admit it)!

Give your guests a round dance-train. It is clear that vacationers at a party may find it difficult to motivate themselves to participate in an active competition, so come up with something for them branded slogans.

— Now those who are attached to the train are
a) desires great wealth for himself,
b) wants to be loved,
c) who wants a lot of health,
d) who dreams of traveling to the sea, etc.

The host drives the train around the hall, it fills and fills with guests. And when it is clear that no one else can be pulled out from behind the tables, train dances are arranged (the host can show them) to daring music.

New Year's fixed deposit

Attributes: candy wrapper money.

Two pairs are selected, each with a man and a woman. It is advisable for the men to be dressed approximately the same (if one has a jacket, then the other should also wear a jacket).

Dear women, the New Year is approaching, and you need to have time to do time deposit in the bank. Here's some money for you (each of the women is given a pack of candy wrappers). These are initial payments. You will put them in the bank on a super fixed deposit. Your men are your banks. Only one condition - each “bill” is in a separate cell! Pockets, sleeves, collars, lapels and other secluded places can become cells. Contributions can be made while the music is playing. Just remember where you put your money. Let's start!

The task is given 1-2 minutes.

- Attention! Intermediate check: those who managed to make a full investment (not a single candy wrapper left in their hands) receive an additional point. All the money is in business!

- And now, dear depositors, you must quickly withdraw cash - after all, we know that it was a super quick deposit. Each of you will be filming blindfolded, but you will always remember what you put and where. Music! Let's start!

The trick is that the men are swapped, and the blindfolded women “search” someone else’s partner without knowing it. Everyone has fun!

We are actors no matter what!

Those who wish to participate are given cards with tasks. None of them knows in advance what they will have to face.

The presenter announces that the participants need to take a walk in front of everyone, depicting what is written on the cards. Here is a sample list:

  • tightrope walker over the abyss,
  • duck in the yard,
  • teenager with a stalled bike,
  • shy girl,
  • shy Japanese woman in a kimono in the rain,
  • baby starting to walk,
  • heron in the swamp,
  • Joseph Kobzon at a performance
  • policeman at the market,
  • hare along the path,
  • model on the catwalk,
  • arab sheikh,
  • cat on the roof, etc.

The tasks can be supplemented and expanded with any ideas.

Funny joke “Bear in a den or slow-witted spectators”

Attention: only played once!

The presenter invites someone who wants to perform a pantomime, takes him to a separate room and gives him a “secret” task - portray without words bear (hare or kangaroo).

Meanwhile, the presenter's assistant negotiates with the others NOT to understand his body movements.

The volunteer returns and begins to show the selected animal with movements and gestures. The guests pretend that they do not understand and call anything but the person they are shown.

- Does he waddle around? Yes, this is the platypus (lame fox, tired boar)!
- Licking his paw? The cat is probably washing itself.
Etc.

It happens that the person portraying is surprised by the guests’ lack of understanding and begins to get angry: “Are you so stupid? It's so simple! And if he shows hellish patience, shows it again and again - he has nerves of iron! But this also amuses the employees gathered at the party. There is no need to delay. When the player begins to run out of imagination and patience, you can guess the correct animal.

3. Music competitions

Can you imagine the New Year without music, songs and dances? That's right, no! For additional entertainment and fun, many music competition games for a New Year's corporate party.

Everyone's task is who is faster guess the original and sing it. The person who guesses correctly is given a chip (candy wrapper, candy, cone...) so that later it will be easier to count the winner in the entire competition.

The lines might look something like this:

— The birch tree died in the steppe. - The Forest Raised a Christmas Tree.
- The old month is slow, nothing will happen for a long time. - The New Year is rushing towards us, everything will happen soon.
— White, white steam rose on the ground. — Blue-blue frost lay on the wires.
- One gray donkey, one gray donkey. - Three white horses, three white horses.
— Brave White Wolf sat on a baobab tree. - The cowardly gray bunny was jumping under the Christmas tree.

— The huge palm tree is hot in the summer. – The little Christmas tree is cold in winter.
— The weights were removed and left the chain. - They hung the beads and began to dance in a circle.
“I was running away from you, Snow Maiden, and wiped away a few sweet smiles.” - I was running after you, Santa Claus. I shed a lot of bitter tears.
- Oh, it’s hot, it’s hot, warm you up! Warm you and your camel. - Oh, frost-frost, don’t freeze me! Don't freeze me, my horse.
- Your worst acquisition is me. - My best gift is you.

The players pass it around in a circle to the accompaniment of music. When the music stops, the person who received the hat at that moment takes out a card with the word and must remember/sing the piece of the song where it appears.

You can play in teams. Then the hat is passed from representative to representative of each team. You can limit the time it takes to complete a task and reward the team for every guess they make.

An old song in a new way

Print the lyrics of famous (not even New Year's) songs and prepare musical accompaniment without words (karaoke music).

It could be Karabas Barabas, the Snow Maiden, an evil policeman, a kind Baba Yaga, or even your boss.

Quietly loud

A well-known song is chosen, which all guests begin to sing in chorus.

On the command “Quiet!” sing a song to themselves. At the command “Loud!” out loud again.

After the players are blindfolded, they begin to sort the fruits into piles by touch. Whoever manages it first will go to the ball!

Corporate parties have long become an integral part of the joint recreation of colleagues. And since all companies have different staff and budgets, they celebrate holidays differently. But no matter what the celebration, just sitting at the table and listening to music is not the most fun activity. It is much better to prepare competitions that will entertain everyone present.

There's a place for everything

If you are planning a holiday in a large corporation that allocates significant funds for the celebration, then it may be worth ordering the event from a special agency in order to really hold it. But more often than not, employees have to come up with entertainment on their own. What should be taken into account?

  1. How many men and women are there in the team? If almost all employees are of the same gender, then it is better to do without paired competitions.
  2. What is the situation in the company, how closely do colleagues communicate? For a large team, where some do not even know each other’s names, it is worth preferring neutral games, one might say, “strictly business” ones.
  3. Average age employees. For those under 30-35 years old, entertainment of a more free nature is suitable. But if most employees are already over 50, it is better to choose competitions carefully, focusing on classic options.

In any case, you should not stoop to shallow jokes or include in the program such entertainment that someone will feel embarrassed to take part in.

Everything in pairs

Pair competitions are very popular because they are appropriate both in a large team and where there are very few people. The most important thing is that there should be approximately equal numbers of men and women among the employees. Participants are divided into teams of 2 people - a man and a woman. Competitions are held between teams:

  1. "Barber". At the leader’s command, the women begin to style the man’s hair: tying ponytails with small elastic bands. The one who does it wins greatest number beams in the allotted time. She is given a mirror, a comb or a set of hair ties.
  2. "Synchronous". In this competition you need to work together, this is the only way something can work out. The essence of the competition: team members hug each other with one hand, and the other is free (each has only one). They must inflate and tie the balloon. The first one to cope with this wins. It is better to choose something neutral as a prize, for example a box of chocolates.
  3. "Stickers and Peels." This competition will be most appropriate for a young team. The presenter places stickers on each woman (you can use stationery stickers or ordinary children’s stickers) in the same places: on the face, on the hands, on clothes. Men must remove all stickers within the allotted time without using their hands or mouth. The one who removes the most stickers wins. Prize: stationery.

By participating in such competitions, you can become much closer with your colleagues, but at the same time not go beyond the bounds of decency.

Based on popular shows

You can see ideas for competitions for a party with colleagues on TV. Today there are many shows where both teams and individual participants compete. Most popular games:

  1. “Guess the melody” - you need to prepare for such a competition in advance by recording a soundtrack of popular songs.
  2. "What? Where? When?" – a game for intellectuals, where the whole team can participate, divided into teams; such entertainment sometimes becomes traditional if you come up with a challenge cup that will be played at every corporate event.
  3. “Crocodile” is a game that probably has the largest number of fans, because it is interesting both to those who play it and to those who watch it.

You can guess not only words for a while, the competition also includes:

  • titles of films and books;
  • phrases from songs;
  • lines from famous poems;
  • Proverbs and sayings;
  • names famous people etc.

Such entertainment is good because it is suitable for people of any gender, age and social status. As a prize, it is best to give the winner a cup with the inscription “the most musical” or “the most erudite.”

Outdoors

Celebrating some holidays with colleagues on the road doesn’t happen very often, so you need to do everything to make the day memorable for everyone. The simplest, but by no means the most boring, is to organize a relay race:

  • participants are divided into two or more teams;
  • For each team an obstacle course is arranged from plastic bottles, which must be run around in a zigzag;
  • at the end of the strip, a stick is stuck into the ground and a bottle of drink is placed, a stack plastic cups and a plate with a snack (for example, cheese or sausage);
  • at the command of the leader, the first team members, running around the bottles, get to the glasses, take one and pour a drink into it;
  • then, holding onto the stuck stick, they make 5-7 turns around it, run back and pass the baton;
  • the next participants follow the same path, only they no longer pour, but drink what is poured;
  • third participants do the same thing, but at the end of the journey they have a snack.

The difficulty of the competition is that after several turns around the stick, not everyone is able to run in a zigzag. The relay race can be made more difficult by extending the obstacle course. Of course best time for such competitions – summer. It is best to use something related to sports as a prize for a relay race: a ball, dumbbells, ping-pong rackets, an arm trainer, etc.

Every joke...

If colleagues have known each other well for a long time, games at a joint party can be even more piquant. However, few people like jokes “below the belt”. Among the competitions for a close company, the most popular are:

  1. "Guess the object." Various small items are placed in a large bag: children's toys, stationery, etc. The most important thing is that they should be strong and bulky (pencils and pens will not work, but you can take a metal hole punch). Several participants must guess the object by sitting on it. Chairs for this game should be chosen with a hard seat. The toy can also become a gift.
  2. "Friendly cartoon." Participants are given sheets of paper on which they must draw a portrait of one of the employees (those present) within the allotted time. The remaining team members must guess who it is. The one whose drawing is the most realistic wins. Prize - brushes, paints, markers, album, etc.
  3. "Attention to detail". One of those present goes out the door, but before that he is warned that the colleagues remaining in the room will now change something in their appearance. Then the person who came out is called back, and he begins to guess what has changed. But the point is that nothing has really changed. The team decides how long to torment their colleague, but if he guessed for himself that there are no changes, then he is considered the winner, and he is awarded the title of the most attentive and awarded the corresponding diploma or cup.

Such events are appropriate only where employees are more friends than colleagues. After all, all people are different, some may be so offended that it will be awkward to work with them later.
