Well, the taste of baked potatoes is probably familiar to many; summer evenings around the fire, songs with a guitar and delicious, hearty dishes that can be prepared in nature are immediately remembered. Well, today I propose to cook very delicious potatoes, baked in the oven entirely in foil. You can take it with you outdoors and use it to prepare side dishes, salads, and first courses. Such potatoes baked in their skins are very healthy, because it is the skins that retain all the beneficial substances and vitamins.

Ingredients

To prepare whole potatoes baked in the oven in foil, you will need:
potatoes - 5 pcs.;
foil - 15-20 cm (for each tuber).

Cooking steps

To prepare the dish we need potatoes and foil.

Wash the potatoes well (do not remove the skins), dry with a paper towel. Place each potato on the edge or center of a piece of foil.

Roll the foil into a roll so that the potato is inside.

Then fold the two sides of the foil over the edges towards the center.

Place whole potato tubers, wrapped in foil, in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Check readiness with a wooden skewer - the potatoes should be easily pierced.

Potatoes baked whole in foil in the oven are especially popular with us; I serve them with kefir (yogurt, homemade fermented baked milk), or homemade tomato juice. By the way, there will be salted fish great addition for these potatoes. Try it, these potatoes are both tasty and healthy!
